No rhyme or reason to clothing racks (as far as size or item), clothes overflowing on go back rack and dressing rooms are full of old items. No good furniture items; mostly broken or junk pressed wood. The shawnee store is amazing, this is total trash.

If your looking to spend 39.99 for a dirty pair of Nikes with a hole in the sole, they have you covered. Want to find items that are priced higher then it originally cost at target(which you will know cause they manage to leave the target price tag on) they have you covered. Why is it that this areas Goodwill stores seem to be the highest priced thrift stores around. I thought the idea of a thrift store was to help folks that have less find good deals. Since everything they get is donated, they should not have such rediculas prices.

Goodwill forgets that all items are donated and apart from the fact that it raises its prices more and more, now it does not respect discounts, raising the price of the garment twice to give you the supposed 50% discount later.

Donation process was flawless and it works like a drive thru: you drive the car into a garage-like and staff come to pick your stuff up. Very friendly folks took care of everything.

It's a very nice one out here near 135th & Metcalf, so the things they sell are better quality too. It's always worth the time to look even if I don't see what I'm looking for.

Was sent here from the Goodwill on state line to donate stairs for elderly dogs to get on a bed. Staff was very rude and refused to take the brand new stairs. Told them they should communicate to the state line center not to send people to them and they said “they don’t have a phone so too bad “. Extremely rude and inappropriate

Wow! I have had the BEST experiences at this Goodwill and can say that, Robert Ivey (GM) has set a positive work culture as demonstrated by his collaborative team! I now can see the mission of the Goodwill firsthand!. The absolute best in customer service (also sweet finds at decent pricing). Recently I was in for long periods of time over the course of two days-shopping for my start-up business project. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind to me and I was definately extra! I would like to recognize the specific staff who made the experience the best! Javier, night manager was topnotch and you could tell he lead a collaborative team-Natalie, Braedyn and Michael! Hard to belive how new some of the staff are as they managed by large order at the end of the evening rush. The next day, Christian and the day cashier were equally helpful and courtesy. Thanks for all of your help and positivity!!

PLEASE DONT DONATE HERE. You’d do more good for the community donating to turnstyles 1 mile away. Anything new priced at least 50% of tag price. This store used to be good. I was told today that they now use Google lens to price everything as if it’s some sort of curated shop? (This was after I asked if they could mark down some clearly very stained boots they’d priced for $25- they said no they don’t adjust price on anything for any reason ). You can’t price like this when you a) get your inventory FOR FREE and b) when your customers still have to dig through tons of stuff. Extremely disappointing.

This is a mixed one for me typically i love shopping here the prices are reasonable and i always find lots of things. However my visit today was not good. I took my mother who has a bad knee so walking for long periods is not always easy for her. This was a saturday. We walked in and the sign said yellow tags were half off. There were many others already shopping. We shopped for about an hour and then my mom went to go check out and sit while i continued to shop. She got to the register and her total was much higher than she expected and the lady said yellow tags were not on sale. My mom explained the sign said yellow and pointed to the lady and the lady in turn went and changed the sign to pink and said her manager thought it was sunday so she had changed the sign by mistake. They did not offer to to the discount anyway they did not make an announcement to those who had already been shopping. In my opinion they were ripping people off by not telling them. I think they were hoping people wouldnt notice. My mother spent the 100 dolllars she was too embarased to put things back and then came and found me and told me what happened. I then put back all but 2 of my items and told the lady how i felt about what they did. And i left. Not a good representation for a store thats supposed to be helping people.

Great thrift store, I prefer this location to the Leawood store on State Line because the Leawood store is a smaller "boutique" style location with fewer items. The employees here are friendly, the one time I made a donation it was a very smooth process and the staff that accepted my donations were professional and helpful.

Goodwill is trash. This one in particular never has any good items and it’s mostly junk. Savers has a better selection.

Although i often find great items here. Their prices are insane though. Also really leaving a review because i just left this store and the worker checked me out was soooo rude, snatched everything from me, told me to bag my own items, didn’t even finish the job completely and left and said she’s going to the rest room? All the hangers were left on top of my items so i stood there and had to do it all myself? Yeah I would never come to support this inflated prices and lazy worker of an establishment again. That was embarrassing and overwhelming.

Have you noticed that the GW “owner” never comments back when the 1 ⭐️ review is about the inflated prices. What a greedy creep
