Goodwill (along with Red Racks) is the most overpriced thrift store around. The gall of an organization to take donations and try to upcharge MORE than the item MSRP new for a used shirt with 15 holes...go touch grass! You're missing the point of thrifting...if you want to charge 50 bucks for a T-shirt, open a resale boutique...you're ruining the point

Prices have gone up astronomically in the past few years here. Today, most notably I found a pair of used Hoka running shoes that were $29.99, a sticky Helzberg diamonds empty pleather ring box for $3.99, & a pair of barely designer vintage heels were $79.99. The prices are so high that thrifting is becoming less and less appealing. Goodwill’s CEO will always tout that they “give back” in certain areas but their for profit company should also encourage fair pricing and WANT people to be concerned about sustainability. Unfortunately, Goodwill is pushing people to want to consume more new items purchased from big box stores since those items are often, if not always, priced lower than *used* & imperfect items they get for free!!

I've had some really uncomfortable experiences here multiple times they don't keep their employees in check one time and employee was following me and my friend around the store and talking to us like friends and commenting on everything we said it made me and my friend extremely uncomfortable we left another time an employee asked me for my phone number when talking to me and kept trying to get it outta me today was the last straw while checking out clothes for a friend the employee commented on how I was buying a size small and if I knew it wouldn't fit me that's so inappropriate and made me really upset I only keep coming back for the good finds and deals please get your employees in check

I highly recommend this Goodwill. The merchandise is so neatly organized and well-stocked, so it's easy to find treasures throughout the store. Their weekly sales are fantastic! I have found super affordable, high quality clothes for me and my family, great pieces for my home, and even some fun gadgets for my nephew. The best part is their wonderful cashiers! Yes, the line can be a bit long, but it's because they actually take an interest in their customers and are careful when bagging their purchases. The other reason is the parking lot, along with the adjacent one, is often full and the company only has 1-2 cashiers on shift at a time. Despite being so busy, the cashiers are always friendly. Darrell, Cathleen, Jackson, Carolyn, Ken, and Kim are awesome! Word of caution: sometimes there are high prices on brand new clothing or more upscale brands, but they are soiled or damaged (ex. armpit stains) or houseware items, such as a mirror with several chips. Most of the managers I have spoken to exhibit excellent customer service, except for one when I inquired about a framed mirror marked $39.99 that was the exact same, except way more damaged than one marked $14.99 full price that had already sold within that week; I just wanted to see if it was possible to honor the lower price considering the same style and damage discrepancy (I had photos of both mirrors/damage/prices/time stamps). She said it could be changed if it's taken off the floor and priced again. That sounded great, but as I tried to get clarification of if I should wait or come back within a certain time frame...out of nowhere, the manager, interrupted me, raised her voice, and said telling me the new price, then changing the price, would get her fired. In no way did I want her to break the rules; I was going off of what she just told me. Finally, she said I could come back the next day and check on it. I came back and the price never changed. Considering she initially told me both mirrors sold, yet didn't offer to take a look at, nor locate the more damaged one during the conversation, I am not surprised. In all honesty, after that severely uncomfortable experience, I don't even want the mirror anymore because that's all that will come to mind when I look at it.

The worker asked me if I had kids and then if I was pregnant, then proceeded to tell me that liposuction is expensive but worth it. I know I’m fat, but come on!!!!

I did not have a good experience at this goodwill. The donation drop off is not clearly marked. I asked the employee at the front where it was. They informed me of the drop off location with a rude tone. As I had already gotten out of my car and it was just one bag, I walked around the corner to the location where another employee gave me grief about being on foot to drop off my donations. After this experience I did not return back to the main part of the store to shop and I was in a bad mood now at this point as the customer service was terrible.

What a disappointing experience. This was my first trip to this goodwill. I read several reviews about long lines, but didn’t realize just how long the wait was. I waited in line for 30 minutes for the poor single employee checking out a woman who had an overflowing cart full of stuff. 30 minutes of waiting and then on the last item, the lady decides she needs a price check on an item. So, the employee has to call some other employee out for a price check. There were still 4 people in front of me waiting. The employee said she was the only person working check out. There were 6 people behind me when I finally called it quits. I ended up not being able to wait any longer since I had to go pick up my kid. Never thought I’d wait 30 minutes in line and still probably had at least another 10 minute wait to go. Severely understaffed.

Customer Service was atrocious. There was a long line due to one cashier having to tell each customer a detailed story about her retinal damage. The other cashier insulted my husband by asking if he was my father. Poor selection of products. Unfortunate all around.

Based off of the location, I’d think I’d find some cool stuff, but in the multiple trips, I’ve found zip. I shop for various people, and finding nothing is like Whoa!

Absolutely the worst Goodwill I've ever been to. Prices are insanely high, there are always extremely long lines, it's filthy (both the store and the merchandise), and it's overly difficult to donate items. You're better off going anywhere else.

I noticed most of these reviews are fairly old, I would encourage people to give it another try. My little one is having a hot cocoa bar for her birthday and I am gifting everyone with mugs that I design. I wanted to upscale so thrifting was where I started. I feel like this location is very clean and open. There are no funky smells and the cashiers are very polite and friendly. Prices were very low especially compared to other thrift stores in JOCO. We not only found pristine white coffee mugs they were only .69 cents. We have also been on the hunt for heavy cocktail glasses and have bombed everywhere or they are ridiculous in price. Not here, we found those too. All in all we got 16 pieces of glassware/mugs and of course a shirt my daughter begged to have for a total of $12.

Don't donate here. The people that accept donations are on a power trip and make you wait even though no one there is dropping off.
