Went in asked for bangs below my eyebrows as well as layers, nothing crazy. I went in the lady who cut my hair did an AWFUL job, she cut my bangs to a point that it looks like a toddler did it and they aren’t even. She only took maybe an inch off my hair and didn’t give me layers which whatever but it’s the fact I went in she did a rush job on it and messed up my bangs to a point that’s unfix able.

The lady name Aline did a Great!! Job cutting my hair. She cut my hair the way I like it !! 🙂 Because I'm the one is wearing not her🙂 Keep up the Great Job you do at Great Clips!!👍

I have not gone to a Great Clips in years because I have curly hair and it’s hard to find a stylist who can cut curly hair- (if you have curly hair you get it!) I decided to give this location a try and I’m so glad I did! Wendy did a great job!! I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and she went over everything with me first and did exactly what I was hoping for. I will be going to her again in the future.

Check-in was smooth and most of the crew seemed friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was soured by the stylist who cut my son’s hair—a blonde woman with a tattoo. Her attitude was noticeably cold and dismissive, especially toward us as foreigners. She rushed through the haircut like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t even want to use the blow dryer when we politely asked. It felt like we were a bother to her from the moment we sat down.
Honestly shocked I still left a $5 tip, but I regret it now. A smile or a bit of courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

Wasn't a bad cut. I just had a #1 buzz all over. Took about 10 mins tops. Some shops cut me a break but this location charged $20. That's what it cost so I'm not mad about the price but with a tip, $30 for a 10 min cut is a little much.

Had a good experience. Needed a haircut and got it done without any problems. This was my first time using Great Clips since my previous hair stylist retired. Elsa cut my hair and she did a good job. I plan on going back when I need hair cut again

Girls, take my warning seriously. My mom and I both got hair cuts. She wanted 2 inches off and I wanted an inch off with layers. I figured that’s such an easy cut I’ll go to great clips and spend $20 per person vs $55 and the salon down the street. Both of us got uneven cuts. My face framing layers were so uneven she tried to fix it and made them worse. I booked an appointment at Salon modern classics tomorrow for damage control. I even asked her how long she’s been doing hair….10 years. 10 years of uneven hair cuts. Im shocked.

One person is working at peak hour with 6 guests in line and additional 3 in-house!
The lady started calling names of people that came after me.
APP doesn’t let you cancel appointments, it sucks!
The hairstylist didn’t match anywhere close to what I have asked for as she was in rush!

if i could put a 0 i would, horrible haircut, all my friends laughed at me, they are saying i should buzz it all off and restart. it's so bad i can't look at myself in the mirror and i don't know how they are even allowed to give such a bad cut and still charge me 20 dollars.
