Scheduled an appointment on the Great Clips app and received a confirmation. I also enabled the feature that sends a text 15 minutes before the appointment that tells me when I can walk in. I received the text saying “I’m up in about 15 minutes.” I got there within 10 minutes (early). As I’m walking through the door, I see them clear the remaining appointments on the kiosk (including mine). They tell me they’re closing. I told them I had an appointment confirmation and had just received the text to walk in. They refused service, stating it was too close to 4. If they are going to schedule appointments and give confirmations, they should honor them. Other barber shops/salons I have visited will accept customers up until the closing time. Clearing the appointment with no notice and after a customer has already arrived is not fair to the customer. If I were a walk-in, I’d be more understanding, but I wasn’t. I had checked in and waited “in line” on their app for over an hour.Had this been a one time thing, I’d be more forgiving. However, I have had issues at this location in the past, whether it be with not honoring their app scheduling (which is what they recommend everyone do/who they give priority to) or giving a less-than-ideal haircut.I will not return to this location and recommend no one else does either.

Don't walk in to this place. They give priority to customers who checked in online only. They didn't tell me what the waiting time is. On the screen it was 40 minutes. I waited for 40 minutes but then time increased to 80 minutes. I just left. I was not the only customer who walked in, waisted time waiting, and left without haircut. Very frustrating experience because they are not honest from the beginning. They do not tell you that you might wait over an hour and not get a hair cut.They check you in and ask to sit. You can see your name on the screen with a green checkmark and a waiting time. But they will continue serving other customers and ignore you.

Surprisingly fast and very pleasant. I prefer a scissor cut in winter. She was probably one of the best hair cuts I've ever had. Definitely a keeper

Really hit or miss on whether you'll get a good haircut or not, and their check-in system is super frustrating. It encourages people to check-in super early thru the app, and sometimes a sizable percent don't even show up, so it always looks like they're super busy when they might not be. Two identical situations with identical wait time estimations will result in WILDLY different actual wait times. The "convenience" of being able to check-in early is hugely overshadowed by the uncertainty, in my opinion. After using Great Clips for probably 8 years now, I'll be finding a more consistent alternative.Service: Haircut

very bad service. The child's neck was scratched with a typewriter. Waited 1.5 hours instead of 30 minutes.

I am not just hating on this place but all great clips every time I go to a great clips I am always disappointed if I cloud give it a lower rating I cloud the only good thing about it was the people there were nice and at great clips it seems like no one cares about how they cut your hair I asked for a fade and got pretty much a buzz cut and I am never going there again I recommend going to any other barber shop just not a great clips I say that they need to just stop cutting hair and I would rather take a hair cut from someone who is blind there get another hair cut from that place and even as simple as checking in is wierd when we got checked in online and then we looked at another great clips and there was less of a wait so we tried to check in but it would not let me and so I had to wait a extra 20 minutes and I was very busy today and I was late to my meeting never go there and I hope that they see this

Similar review to other customers: Stylest take thier time, hair cuts are hit and miss.Its unfortunate that management's reply will be the same as you'll read in other reviews. Ultimately the business model and customer service need to be better.

Super terrible experience. This use to be a good store but some staffing change and now is terrible.12/23/2022 3:30. I went for a hair cut , look for a #2 low fade. This staff (woman in her 50s medium black/ white hair) shave off to a 1 for the lower half. I stopped her before she make more mistake cutting the top half. I told her I said low fade #2, she said I hurt her feelings and I should go. WOW! Not only she doesn't own her mistake, she actually try to kick me out! Super rude and not professional. See pictures.

It's $20 haircut roulette. Some stylists are good, some aren't so good. I don't have anything special other than I want scissor cut. Most times the cut is good. For the price, it is my choice.

Long wait times. POOR customer service! They just don’t care how many people are sitting out there. They’ll take their sweet time to attend customers. Got disappointed today. online wait time is a joke because they are super slow.
