Checked in, 15 minutes late after check in the app kicked me out of queue. Stylist couldn’t put me back to top of queue. It wouldn’t bother me except that when I show up on time they are often 15-30 mins behind. Just bad customer experience.

Please stay away from this person called Danny here. She was in a bad mood as soon as she called my name and was rude to me. She then started combing my hair so harshly that I felt my scalp would come off. When I called it out she refused to cut my hair and asked me to sit in the lobby. Not sure what I did to deserve this kind of treatment.

Arrived 12 min before appointment per the App but turned away b/c it was 5 min past closing. Given lame excuse they “don’t have anything to do with the App” - except it runs their entire schedule! Told to leave complaint with “corporate” even though they have discretion to take customer 5 min after closing.

I have now had two bad haircuts in a row. The first just simply wasnt good. It was easy to see it was uneven in random spots after the first wash. As for the second I dont how you mess up a buzz cut this bad. There is line in the back of head down to the scalp and completely missed a spot behind my ear. It also took twice as long because she wouldn't top talking. You need to shut your mouth and concentrate on what you are doing. It's a buzz cut. I did it myself through the pandemic and it always looked good. You need to find a new line of work.Service: Haircut

Should not allow someone to book an online appointment and then find out when walking up to the store by the staff they are closing early and get turned away.

I took my son here and asked the lady to NOT cut the top at all, only the sides. This lady butchered my sons hair. Had him in tears. She cut 4/5 Inches off the top. I will never go back here again. My son has cried all evening and his hair is so short.

The stylists here were so nice!! They did a better job on my kid's hair than the fancy salon near me that charges $35 for kids.

I love checking in online and when I get there they add another 30 minutes on to the wait time while they're standing there talking about being glad 2 of the workers left because their numbers were down.

I took my autistic daughter to get a haircut today and a woman refused to finish her haircut when I told her she was autistic . This seems discriminatory to developmentally disabled people. Most of the time I get good stylists here that are nice, empathetic and patient with her.Service: Haircut
