Yeah I don’t see how these people have low ratings. Every experience I have had here had been nothing but positive and full of people who go above and beyond their duties to help me.The people who gave bad reviews were probably being insufferable to the staff and just want to complain.Thank you all for always taking care of me.

This is the greatest Bank you will ever experience I would recommend you put all your money on this Bank the staff is super friendly and always on point they offer all the normal banking services as well and if you needed a loan for a brand new Porsche this is the bank for you

This location has completely lost my business. I have been a customer for 25 years (prior Team Bank). This location faithfully finds problems and makes things as simple as making a deposit very difficult. They need to take not on how the Paola & Springhill location takes care of the customer.

They care about getting to know you personally. That is very important to me because I moved here from a small agricultural community where everyone knew my name. So I love their desire to know their customers.

I absolutely love working with this bank! Monica is SO helpful! She tries to make the banking process easier for the customer and you can tell she truly cares about people! It's refreshing! We are using their small business options and we are so happy we switched to Great Southern from the bank we were previously using. Highly Recommend!!!!
