The vehicle ran out of battery and it costs half day to replace a new one. And they couldn’t find the vehicle from the system

Easy pick up and drop off through insurance. Only downside is I did get charged after returning. Working that out now with Hertz billing

Awesome experience. This is my second time to get vehicle I have had SUV both times and got great experience. Team is very knowledgeable and vehicle is very neat and clean
