I had to report an unfortunate incident that I experienced at this HnM store. I thought this was poorly handled by the associates and its managers. The line for the registers were long and winding. I bought about 5 items and literally just finished with the cashier when i suddenly found a make up stain on the cap that i just recently bought. I went up back to the cashier immediately and asked nicely if i could simply simply exchange it with the same cap that’s cleaner which i found on the rack. The cashier told me that i couldnt and that she’d have to do a full return and exchange and for her to do that id have to line up again (waiting another 10-15 mins average). So i kindly asked for a manager to help resolve my issue, and lo and behold 2 managers came up to me and telling me the same thing. No apologies and literally looked at me like i was such a bother to them. One manager looked at me and even made a step forward, telling me that “you’ll have to line up again just like these people have lined up.” So i continue: “can i just return this then bec clearly im not confident wearing this cap with someone’s make up stain on it?” Again the male manager told me: “youll have to line up again” No apologies whatsoever. I was so shaken by this experience. Im Asian and visiting from Chicago and the people who were there were all Caucasian (2 managers and 2 cashiers). I dont like to label this experience as something racy but something tells me it kinda is. Im not sure HnM or any of the stores tolerate this kind of behavior or this inconsiderate action by its personnel when i simply asked so kindly for help.

They charge costumers for the bag that they give us to purchase at their store,and not only that but the very unprofessional rude cashiers don't even tell you that it will be a charge for it . Unbelievable! This big corporations abusing costumers to become bigger and bigger, richer and richer.
I recently made a return and when I checked my bank account I noticed that the amount in the receipt didn't match the refund. That's when I double checked and saw the charge for the bag.
By the way I gave them the bag back but they didn't refund me for it . Just a notation here .

Overheard someone, I’m guessing in management, being passive aggressive with an employee. The employees themselves weren’t very friendly as I tried to make a little conversation at checkout. I’ll stick with shopping online.

This was my first time shopping at H&M. I was very impressed with the store. It was very nice and clean. The clothes were good quality. Pricing was fair. The dressing rooms were a little messy and there were a lot of clothes to be returned to the rack. Customer Service was okay. There was a little bit of a line and the customer service agent that I had was not very friendly. Overall I give the store 8 out of 10 and I will definitely go back and shop again.

They have the nerve to want you to buy a bag. After you have patronized the store and bought their merchandise, a bag should come with the things you have purchase. What am I suppose I'm to put them in?
