This is the absolute worst home depot. If they can't run Curbside better they need to get rid of it altogether. To use the app, say I'm on the way, and for it to STILL take 20 minutes is terrible customer service. If you can't do it with excellence then don't do it!

I enjoyed my visit because of Beth who works at this location she was very attentive took me to the item I was looking for she did not point & say go over here or there...Thank you Beth this was the Most enjoyable experience at this Home Depot...but I love Home Depot products period

I buy quite a bit of material from HD in the Northland at their Boardwalk location. Unfortunately I went to the one on 135th St in OP. I bought rebar and the price on the shelf said $3.18. When I checked out it rang up as $3.43. The cashier called over the head cashier to resolve this I thought. The head cashier said to charge him the higher price. I thought she was kidding but no. I had to go to customer service who fixed it immediately but it took another 15 minutes or so. This is the worst example of customer service by the head cashier I’ve ever been involved in. She needs some lengthy additional legal and customer service training.

I deliver here. Truck 53'. Come in the first entrance by Wendy's. Receiving dude unloaded me 8hrs early. Let me stay overnight. Only dumb part is that you have to stand in the receiving area the entire time you're being unloaded like a 4 year old. I'm surprised they didn't put a leash on me and tie me to a shelf. C'mon home despot.

Worst customer service experience ever. Had an issue with a gift card. They kept trying to send us to check out. Asked for a manager, no one showed up and different employee kept calling them for help…..
