I went to Home Depot early to avoid people as I am a higher risk for Covid-19. Went to self checkout to limit my contact with others and the employee proceeded to touch every item I had and scan them all, touching my stuff, my cart, the screen at the checkout, etc. Then he went to the next person and did the same thing, not washing hands or hand sanitizing. If you cannot practice safe distance and clean practices you need to close your stores.

The best, most dedicated group of associates I've ever had the privilege to work with. Thank you and congrats to you all for really living the orange life and for this corporation for exemplifying what that means. We are actually getting to LIVE the example set by our leaders

Excellent customer care in the tool department. Obviously a standard home depot was standard product offerings but this one does stand out from many others.

Ryan is awesome - Excellent knowledge and customer service. We shopped for a lawn mower today. Ryan helped us narrow our choices. Of the three we had selected, he gave us pros and cons for each. He opened boxes so that we could see what he was talking about. When we had it down to one, he set the mower up and answered all our questions. We decided to buy it and Ryan told us about a $100 discount. When we were through with our purchase, Ryan loaded the mower in our truck. Ryan is awesome - Excellent knowledge and customer service.

Always have what I need when I need it. Staff are very helpful if you find the person assigned to the department you're looking. Management basically bent over backwards to help me a couple times. Good dude.

Home depot is just flat awesome. Spend more days a week there than not and they always seem to have what I need. Been a customer for years. Only which is that they would bring back the older pro extra program. Love the tools and the all the different departments. They are very well Stocked and it is sometimes nice they have self checkout. Thank you Home Depot.

Great store. Very clean. This will be the first Home Depot that I didn’t have to call the store while there for someone to come help. In the gardening department the inventory is incredible. So glad I found this location while here for the summer. Now just gotta figure out how to get all the planters home I inevitably will be collecting while here.

You do not support Veterans like you love to advertise! My state issued drivers liscense that lists Veteran status was not accepted for the discount. Do you think the state of Kansas is lying? Stop pretending to support Veterans. I'll go down the street to Lowe's for now on where all I have to do is give my phone number. If you can't afford to give Veteran discounts then stop claiming you do!

This is for the Drywall and Painting Workshop. Austin was a great teacher. I was the only person in the class, which was really surprising. I encourage everyone to look up the workshops. 1) They are free; 2) It wasn't a heavy sales pitch (at least not this one); 3) Austin asked what experience I had and tailored the class to me (I've hung drywall but was never happy with the techniques); 4) Austin did not talk down to me, which is important because, as a woman, I find I'm often overlooked in hardware stores or by tradesmen. Since it's not a hard sell, which I despise, I only purchased the items I wanted to and got out of The store spending $28! Plus, I was discussing paint with Austin who pointed out popular colors of the moment, and when he didn't have a color card for me to look at, he mixed a small sample for me to try. I love that he went above and beyond. Finally, let's not forget how fun the workshop was. It was at the paint desk, and the guys there were thrilled I showed up because they were able to use some new products as well. This makes them better sales associates to help me (and you) in the future. I will definitely be looking for more workshops.

BEWARE of Home Depot's water heater installation services!!! They clearly leave out items that 99.99% of customers need so that they appear to have a better price knowing that once the installers are there most people will just go ahead with the service rather than canceling. Turns out that there were $455.50 in "unanticipated" charges, which made them about $100 more than my quote from Neal Harris Service Experts that included those "extras" in their standard installation... DON'T BE FOOLED!!

Worst Home Depot ! I've had a bad experience here before but it's close so I stopped in for a roll of tape and a few storage bins. No carts when I came in - I've never seen HD out of carts so I asked if they had moved them and customer service person Andrea said they were probably all out in the parking lot and if I wanted one I could get one out there. Nice customer service! I will just walk back out in the 100 degree heat to do their job. I found my items juggling them around in my arms and as I got to check out they just turned off the lights for the only 2 checkers. I asked are you opening a new check out lane and was told no they are closed I need to use self check out. That's it folks, last straw. I'm not on your payroll. I'm not getting my own cart and checking out and bagging my own items. Kiss my A** Home Depot! I will drive 5 miles farther to Lowe's and start this process all over again where I know I will get customer service or better yet I will go home and order it from Amazon and it will be on my door step in 2 days max. So to Home Depot and the numerous other brick and mortar stores whose standards are slipping or non existent. I say, I'm a customer not an employee. You're supposed to be a retail store, carts, personnel the whole shopping experience. It seems that your company has forgotten this. You better get it together or you're gonna go down like circuit city, borders etc to name a few.

On 4/15/18 I placed an order with Home Depot for a piece of carpet to have binding so it could be turned into a rug. The estimated delivery was 4/26/18. On May 8th, I sent an email to customer care at Home Depot, asking where the carpet was, but they didn't respond. On May 10th I contacted Home Depot through a live chat to ask where the carpet was. I received the following message "Local Delivery Agent is expected to have the package tomorrow and will be contacting the cu
