I bought 2 e-cigs at another store and they never sold the pods. I kept asking. So I came in here and the owner ordered them for me. I’m very grateful. Also recommended really good juice.

I’ve been going to this place about 3 years now and let me tell you, it’s the best shopping experience I’ve had at any place I’ve been a regular. I wanted to upgrade my vape apparatus and Joe helped me find one that was perfect for me. He and Deb always have smiles and are very knowledgeable about their products. I’ll be a customer for life!

I love this place. Very friendly and helpful staff. They take the time to get to know regulars, and will help smokers find vaping equipment and juice to help them comfortably quit.They helped me transition about two years ago now, and their friendliness and guidance only made this second attempt easier and last!

Amazing service, and Joe is always here to help out! if you are into vaping, here is the place to go to! very impressed with the product. Vape pens are made in Shenzhen, where I am from. Top shelf quality items are sold here only. And the vape juice is absolutely smooth and I do not need to smoke the stinky cigarettes anymore! Thank you for being here for us!

The owners, Joe and Deb, are the best of the best! Hotspot Vapes is absolutely where it's at. Their product selection is excellent, and the prices can't be beat. You would be hard-pressed to find this level of customer service and quality at any other shop in the entire KC Metro area. Joe and Deb take care of their clientele, and it shows!

I moved back to the the Johnson County area beginning of 2019 and started getting into vaping. I went to so many stores where employees were either extremely rude, extremely disinterested, or would try to upsell things vigorously. I usually left empty handed because I would be ignored or overwhelmed when I walked in a store. So when I finally decided to give another store a try, I found HotSpot. I'm generally a pretty shy person at first, but Joe made me feel like I'd known him for years. They have the best variety of juices and mods I've seen. It's also one of the BIGGEST vape shops I've been in. Joe and Deb are literally the best in the biz. They will tell you everything you need to know about anything. They are the best in the biz! Love you guys!
