I recently retired from a big company to start my own adventure. While I enjoy my freedom, I face harsh realities every time my computers went bad because I no longer have a Helpdesk to call. Luckily, a few friends referred Hypertech Computer @Overland Park to us.
Hypertech is small, but it has all the essential. They were able to fix three different issues for our 3 home computers in 2 months, and the used-computer we bought from Hypertech works like a new one. Victor is the owner who promised only what he could deliver, and re-directed us to other shops when necessary. Victor communicates clearly, effectively and consistently every time we see him for assistance. I appreciate very much of Victor’s leadership and honesty. I strongly recommend Hypertech to anyone who is seeking exceptional service, competitive pricing, accountability and sustainability

Thank you Hypertech Computers. I was locked out of my computer and they were able to get me up and running by reinstalling Windows 11. They take care of their customers and I would recommend them to anyone needing computer assistance.

I bring my computer for repair the screen and change the battery. The battery change was great, the screen they couldn’t find the part to replace but was fix it with glue. Works perfectly. The owners always were very kind and helpful. I really recommend this place.

I took in a computer on deaths door to see if it could be transferred to a new one. Victor was able to figure out a way to get it to work well enough to get almost all the information I wanted. Thanks!

This is a small business with a big heart, massive tech experience (even Brenda at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful with issues), and reasonable prices. We have trusted this business with our laptops and phones and will continue to recommend them. They repaired our laptop case, sold us a new charging adapter, ordered a new battery for our android phone and all work was completed on time.
