Christy was amazing! I did not work with her in the beginning process very much because of my schedule. My wife was working with Christy and felt so comfortable and had a great time! Christy was so accommodating to my children who are very energized people. The whole process was seamless and not stressful and Great! I would recommend anyone who goes here to work with her. She definitely shows she cares and goes the extra mile. To the point that when I was sitting out in the parking lot when we were all done and my wife was in another car and drove away, I had to go to the bathroom again with my children after a while of me having to do business things on my phone. She openly let me in and let me go to the bathroom and spoke to my children and shared stories with them and made them feel good and happy. She even joked about my youngest spending more time with her and my daughter always says no but she said yes which means a lot because she does not say that to anyone. Our taxes were completed and explained in a very clear way and handled in a way that we will not have to deal with handling money transferring to this state and that state. It was made very easy! Thank you again, Christy! Anytime someone makes things very easy for my wife who deals with a very high stress level job of helping as a NICU nurse, deserves the time and respect of other customers / clients coming to you with their trust.

I had a wonderful experience here doing my taxes. Ms. Hutchings was kind, positive, professional and very knowledgeable. She worked with me to get my paperwork in order and made the entire process easy. I would highly recommend her and this Jackson Hewitt location to anyone who has a hard time doing their taxes like me.

I'm so thankful Christy did our taxes. It definitely was a blessing. We didn't have a good experience going to a Walmart Jackson Hewitt they were closed, and not even servicing people. I'm glad we didn't give up. We found Christy at this Jackson Hewitt location, and she saved us money. She also gave us great finacial advice to save us on next years taxes. She is personable, and she made sure you could understand everything so you felt safe. I appreciated her time and efforts in helping us. If you haven't done your taxes yet go here! She knows what she's doing! If you go now, and your new you save 50% off tax prep so go now! Thank you, Christy and Jackson Hewitt for the 50% off!!! We needed that!

Worst experience I've had. Couldn't explain reasons I owed and gave me incorrect information instead. I now have to do my taxes again on order to find out or get my questions answered correctly.Unprofessional and tacky.

I made my appointment online. Went to get my taxes done at the Shawnee location. Tax preparer was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the questions I had and disclosed all information about fees and the process was fast! I'm very satisfied!
