Such a fun, challenging, complete workout every single time!!Great class times 7 days a week (with online streaming for some of them), 16 certified instructors, and today's music you hear on the radio (with an occasional "throwback" song from a few years ago or so).You get to dance (nothing complicated, just fun & easy to pick right up), there might be some kickboxing moves, you might find a few Pilates or yoga moves when you're stretching or sculpting with weights & bands -- lots of variety to get your heart pumping! There are even low impact/high intensity workouts Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m. in case you don't want to jump but still want to feel like you just had an incredible workout! No mirrors, no judging, ages high schoolers to empty-nesters and everything (literally) in-between!Been loving it for 12+ years for a good reason!! ?

Offering over 40 classes, 7 days a week, this Jazzercise Center has a lot to offer! Energetic, knowledgeable and certified instructors lead you through a workout that's safe and effective. Moves are easy to pick up, and no dance experience is necessary. New music and routines are released every 10 - 11 weeks, full of songs you hear on the radio or in the clubs, so your workout stays fresh. Classes such as Dance Mixx, Fusion, Interval and Strength, with high and low impact options are offered, so you can mix up your workout! The class schedule is available online, along with the pricing (you get a lot of bang for your buck here). Loved this place since 2011!!!

I went with the Facebook 14 day free trial and signed up within the first week!!Its my kind of exercise-group, no machines, extra costs and weight training too. Also has many class timing, so cannot give a reason the timing doesn't work for me...Thank you for making me feel so welcome from day one and everyone I have met till date has the biggest smile and award one enthusiasm to exercise.

I'm so happy I joined Jazzercise at Stanley. Instructors are very supportive of fitness goals with classes for all ages and abilities. Jazzercise is definitely my go to exercise program. Very fun!

Jazzercise is my happy place! The instructors at this center are fun and energetic and there are classes throughout the day to suit all schedules. There is a wide range of ages and abilities but nobody is judging and all are welcome. Give it a try. You won't regret it!

I LOVE, Love, Love that they have an 8 am class in the mornings. I can't find any other fitness center around this area that has an 8 am class. So I appreciate this so much, I drop off my kiddos at school, get my exercise done and off to work in a timely fashion. It is perfect for me!
