Three people standing talking about fabric while there is one cashier working his tail off. I asked if they could help me with what was supposed to be a curbside pickup (no one came out) and the manager (in black) sent me to the cashier. I mean, come on. Help the guy out.

Typical products of Joann stores where I’ve shopped and decent stock of items. Store was messy. It was difficult to find anyone for help finding items or to cut fabric. Employees were not particularly friendly.
