I got this from them. They said it’s 25% off but when they scanned it they gave me only 10% and no returns. When i asked they said the signes are changing every day so they can’t do anything about it. This is so dumb. Big scam. It’s only $35 on Amazon.

Long lines and angry employees!! I am disabled and is hard in my back to stand for a long time. When I finally got to the front to get the fabric cut, the employee was very rude, she wanted me to fold the fabric but my back is killing me so didn’t do a good job and she continuously made fun of me saying that if I do laundry why I don’t know how to fold. Then both employees disappeared to the bathroom leaving the stand alone. The store didn’t had most of the stuff I needed, the inventory in general looks like leftovers from Christmas and Halloween. I wanted some scissors but they had protection and waiting for an employee to give them to me was ridiculous so I didn’t get them. At the end the line to pay was too long that touched the other wall making my standing time even longer… not sure if this was worth it because also the discount was only in one of the fabrics… most likely won’t come back to this store.

Laurel was unbelievably rude for no reason at all! WHY do you work here or anywhere with that attitude???? "Management" is unprofessional and doesn't give a **** how customers are treated. This place is awful. Glad you're bankrupt.

Purchased online. Got the email to pick up. So I went. Check out could not find it. I was told it’s still in his cart. Going to be a minute. So I stepped aside. Waited and kept waiting. I eventually asked when he was coming up. She then snapped. I told you it was going to be a minute. Uh yeah. Forget that. I tracked down the guy with the cart. My item was supposedly at the bottom of the cart. I pointed out to him it was right at the top. Seriously, why close the order if it’s not ready. This store just keeps getting trashy

Complete and utter waste of time and money. Purchased item online and it is not in their system correctly. I drove 30 minutes one way to get here. Come to find out this is a known issue that is just left to chance to leave customers in a lurch. Wasted another hour waiting for staff to figure out what they are going to do. Never once talking to me they refunded the gift item to the original card, wanted me to purchase it again. I don't have the card to help with the refund or repurchase the item. I could have told them it was a gift. I had a receipt and a gift card would have been helpful. This was after they wanted me to drive another 30 minutes out of the way to pick up the correct item. Still standing here waiting for the entire mess to be fixed. All I really want is a refund to take my business elsewhere at this point. Total waste of time and money to drive out here. I called before I came out. I would advise anyone to avoid using their website.

The lines here are ridiculous. Plenty of staff stocking that should have helped customers check out. Same for the fabric counter. I had 1 item to return and it took over 30min.

Love the store but you all’s location has the nastiest bathroom. Every single stall had fecal matter and looks like it has never been clean. Please maintain the bathrooms hygiene is a big deal especially when shopping for textiles that people touch.

I was In line for over 30 minutes because there was one cashier and about 20 people in line. We noticed 4 to 5 workers stocking shelves and doing other things. Several people walked out of line because it was taking too long after we had already asked the manager Josh if he could get another cashier to help out. One customer even asked one of the employees if she could hop on a register and help out, she looked up, annoyed and said nope and walked off. The store was also very unorganized. I spoke to corporate, but not sure anything will be done so I also wanted to leave a review for other shoppers to avoid the store.

Three people standing talking about fabric while there is one cashier working his tail off. I asked if they could help me with what was supposed to be a curbside pickup (no one came out) and the manager (in black) sent me to the cashier. I mean, come on. Help the guy out.

Worst Joann’s ever. They seriously need to just close this location it’s always a nightmare. Like 2 people work here and it looks awful. Was in like for a half an hour smh.

Extremely understaffed. Line was 30 people long on a Saturday at 2pm with one person at the registers. And to make matters worse, that one person was clearly having a bad day and taking it out on customers despite everyone trying to be kind to him. Would recommend going to any other store in the area!
