  I ran in from another store and nicely asked for a shoe box and the manager rudely asked why and then made a face and said no . People who behave like that should not be in management. The other employees were pleasant and helpful.

  Went to make an exchange today and it was the most chaotic mess I’ve seen at Oak park mall. The female cashier I spoke to was friendly and seemed stressed because she was being pulled all over the store . The male that finished my exchange was RUDE to say the least. The customer service needs a lot of work!! Busy or not being snippy and rude with customers is not a good way to rude a business. LL cool Tre was more like LL rude Tre!!

  Had such a great experience here this morning! Xander (I think, could have been Xavier, sorry!) was so personable. He quickly understood what kind of vibe I was looking for in shoes and brought out extra pairs he thought I might like, which I ended up buying. His small talk game is A+. He was so nice to my son and wished my partner happy birthday. Thanks!

  Trying to buy some holiday’s gifts so my fiance & I tried different types of shoes & put them back where they belonged. The lady saw us, didn’t say anything, & even offered help. HOWEVER, the guy (MIKE) told us that we can’t try the shoes on the shelf which is fine. He asked what color i wanted to try so I told him all the colors ‘cause i wanted them all He hesitated & asked if i was serious about having him go in the back & grab all the colors for me. I nodded & said yes. He still asked me again (at least 3 times more) & smiled like i was not being serious. So I decided to walk out ‘cause it looked like he didn’t want to do that for me.PLEASE DO BETTER. WHAT’S WRONG WITH TRYING ALL THE SHOES I WANTED ANYWAY.

  I wanted to make a simple return on a pair of shoes I bought for somebody after an employee knowingly sold me a child’s size saying “this is the only pair we have.” And the male employee behind the counter was being rude and saying “you probably bought the same shoes but paid more.” and then backtracked by instantly saying “I’m just asking questions” just do your job and make the return.

  Yesterday my daughter and I had the worse experience at this location. I wish I would have recorded such behavior. What we experienced from the two men were very racial. No help at all. But when other people that weren’t Black was greeted and served beyond measures and also received a “have a great day” and even offered to have their orders shipped when the items was not in stock. But we got neither of that. I will not ever shop there again in life. I had plenty of money to spend yesterday. And they stood behind the counter while we were the only ones in the store until someone else came in who wasn’t Black was again greeted very well. So sad that we still live in a world like this. It’s pathetic.
