About KC Pet Project - Petco Adoption Center
KC Pet Project - Petco Adoption Center is a friendly and professional organization that provides a clean and bright facility for pet adoptions. The staff is helpful and gives realistic expectations to potential adopters, allowing them to plan accordingly. Customers highly recommend this place for adopting a pet or donating, as the animals are well-cared for while waiting for their forever homes. While some cats may be skittish, the staff is patient and willing to answer questions. The organization is described as great, caring for the animals they rescue, though early bird holds must be done in person at their Swope Park location, and they may prioritize other rescues for "pedigree" pets.
