I got tested somewhere else and received an email from Labcorp saying I needed to register to see my test results. When I registered, they said they couldn't identify me and that I still had to fill out and send a bunch of forms so they could do it. And then you have to wait a few days for the results to be unlocked! How am I to blame if someone made a mistake? I'm pregnant and wanted to get my test results quickly, but they're making me nervous and make a huge trek to get them!

DMV for health, yet somehow worse.
This labcorp has no interest in treating customers. Only interested in executing orders. Incredibly rude check-in staff, who is unwilling to check you in actually. We were scolded to use the kiosk, which was frozen.
After troubleshooting the kiosk, we checked in by using a screen that was sticker than my toddler's etch a sketch. Nasty.
Even nurses were coming into the waiting room calling for names of people that hadn't yet checked into the kiosk, and the nurse left until they checked-in. What?
Lastly, the cell connection in there is terrible to pull up a confirmation number or anything, and the only wifi network available tried to hack my phone.
When you offer little help to customers, poor access to informaiton, and dirty facilities, it's going to go poorly.

The digital check in was easy and convenient. A special shout out to Yolenda who was checking in customers, and conducting blood draws. She was efficient and professional. She made the process painless. She deserves a raise:😁

Been here a couple times now, I try to avoid this location as much as I can. Absolutely terrible attitudes, unhelpful, just the worst experience every time. Labcorp needs to do better seriously. Would give 0/ 5 if possible.

Extremely rude intake receptionist. Sitting to the right of the window in second seat. I had 3month orders for every 2 weeks. Said I could not make appointments, only walk in. Today was an appointment made on line. Repeating herself 3 times, hateful tone of voice. I said I understand. Than told me I had a past due bill. I explained we saw doctor last Monday and he was taking care of it. Refused to allow lab work, in have CKD and Colon Cancer. She could have treated me with respect instead of distain. Talk about reverse racism!! She was rude last time we were there! I’m 71 years old and don’t deserve the attitude she gives out!! She is definitely a detriment to your company!! If I was her Supervisor, she would have been fired on the spot today. Extremely rude, sarcastic, and talks down to people. We all have bad days! But both times I came to your place of business!!
I see other complaints on receptionist. Maybe some one should take charge and kindly escort her out of your place of business!!! I won’t be coming back ever, I’ll go to lab that is kinder, and appreciates my business!!

Don't put too much stake in the negative reviews: usually only the most extreme situations leave reviews at all.
My experience was quick and painless, and the staff was professional. They saw five other patients while I was waiting and all of them seemed to have similarly speedy and straightforward experiences.
If you're worried like I was: remember they do hundreds of tests every day.

It has been 8 days since my appointment and I still don’t have my results. I have emailed customer service and have gotten no response. I have always had great service from Quest. I would never recommend Labcorp.

I'm guessing not enough staff. O waited over 2 hours with an appointment! Full bladder and then you were not allowed to wipe and no tissue to wipe after using the restroom.

This place is so worst with zero hospitality. They just don’t care your time. They do not open it in time after the lunch. And starting from checkin everything went all bad. The employee working here is very rude and I definitely do not recommend this place for anybody.

Just had my blood drawn there and the black lady who came in after the gentlemen tried twice and couldn’t get a vein on me she acted like she was in some giant hurry and came in put the tourniquet as tight as she could make it slapped my arm a couple times then stuck the needle in and when she had no results on her first try she took the needle out of the first spot and jammed it right into another spot didnt clean anything or get a new needle or anything like that and I’m immunocompromised so I have a high infection risk and when I nicely told her that I was a hard stick she laughed and said “you aint hard I’ve had hard” needless to say I will NOT be returning back to this location for blood drawing EVER
