Rudest people ever. My doctor sent me here but she basically kicked us out. She asked where my doctor is located, which is about 3 miles from them, then she said we dont serve that area. Go to the other location. I would be glad if they informed my doctor first.

Literally same experience as Roxanna H. My appt is at 10. Checked in at 9:45ish. Waited in my car until 10:15 and then decided to walk in. It wasn’t busy at all, and I told the front desk lady that I had checked in 15 min prior— she rudely told me to sign in on the page at her desk and acted as if she had never heard or the check-in online. Very poor service. Not sure where else to go as all labcorps seem to have poor reviews. Btw I’m still waiting for my appt and not even next…..also wanted to mention though I was checked in earlier at 9:45, the front desk lady allowed literal walk-ins who checked in AFTER me to go before me.

Don't bother to make an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in on my phone as directed on the email I received. People were complaining about how long they had been here and the receptionist was complaining about doctors. I quickly realized that no one else had a scheduled appointment and all were walk-ins. Eventually I went to the front desk and noticed a sign in sheet so told the receptionist that I had checked in so did I still need to sign in with the other long list of names. She LAUGHED at me and rudely said uh year. She said they'd get to me when they could. When I pointed out that I had an appointment she said it didn't matter and that everyone was behind. I clarified that appointments were prioritized ad she laughed at me again! Extremely unprofessional and rude treatment.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had getting lab work. Not only was the tech incredibly rude and way too rough handling the needle and my arm, she was totally unprepared to catch me when I inevitably passed out. I nearly fell face first onto the ground because she didn’t close the chair correctly. As I was being fanned to try and get my body cooled down, I was smacked in the face with a clipboard because they weren’t being careful. I left this place in tears and had to picked up because I couldn’t drive. I would never come back here again, nor I would recommend this place to ANYONE!

Had an appointment for basic lab work. Got here ontime over 50 minutes ago. Still 6 more ahead of me. Scheduling way to many appts at the same time.

I arrived at precisely 4:30PM.Couldn't exact entrance, so I called the office. Received automated message that it was closed. Despite 4:45 posted close time on Google.

The older lady who drew my blood with the frog scrubs was unkind. Very short with me, stated "I didn't tell you that you could sit down, now did I?" Barked orders at me the whole time: Stand up, sit down, face the wall, left arm" don't think I will be returning here.

If you have the option to get lab work elsewhere, do it. This office always has a lack of appointment times, and the people who work here are not friendly and want you in and out. No compassion.

My appointment today was wonderful. I used the Checkin from my phone and walked in when I got a text to say they were ready. The lady at the front desk was helpful. The phlebotomist was cheerful and very nice. I have been here 2 times in the past with less than stellar customer service but LabCorp and their new staff have turned this location around and were lovely!

The absolute rudest most unkind human beings ever. Not helpful at all. I was a self pay patient and they refuse to take payment at this location and refuse to tell you how much the tests are at all. They gave my billings number after two requests and the billing department for lab corp advised me to speak to a supervisor because that was not their practice. They don’t have a supervisor according to the two people who work there. I went to the location at OPR hospital and had a great experience.

Easy to find, got right in with my scheduled appt, receptionist was accommodating when I forgot my paper lab orders and was able to get the info off my phone. I am a NERVOUS wreck when I get my blood drawn. Phlebotomist was quite short with me but I was adamant about needing to lie down and she accommodated. Was able to find a vein first try and no complaints with the actual blood work part. I was extremely nervous after reading reviews but this place in OK in my book.
