The staff was very rude & unprofessional! Also, the hats were so unorganized with so many different styles crammed in behind the next. With the blank hats, you'd literally have to empty the shelves if the one you wanted isn't in the very front.

Went in to have a custom embroidered hat and AJ was super helpful. Took time to help me get the right design and my hat turned out great!! I’ve had quite a few compliments on the embroidered design. The store was quite busy and their selection of styles and teams was much better than other hat stores I’ve been in previously.

Two employees leaning on their stations on their phones with a completely empty store wouldn’t even acknowledged me. Walked straight out after 30 seconds of awkwardness. 8/7 6:15

I entered my email in store with a +lids email gmail filter to filter spam and they removed it and changed my email after handing it back to them. Never shopping here again. Cashier: 614786, 4/25/2023.

Everything online indicates the store is open but when I got there around 2:30 the doors were shut and locked. Waited around until 4, the store never reopened.

I don’t know why it’s listed online they open at 10am when it’s 11am. Also they open late, saw several angry customers because of this.

I will NEVER EVER in my life return to this store!!! The employees (KEVIN) are EXTREMELY rude and clearly don’t know what good customer service skills are. I went to exchange a hat for my husband. I stood in what I thought was the line at a counter that was in the middle of the floor with a rack in the middle of the door but there wasn’t anything that said where to form a line. I asked Kevin how do I exchange a hat. He told me to get the item. I had my kids stand in the line. I got back in line while he was still helping the same customer that was there when I arrived. Once he was done with that customer he proceeded to take someone else. I said excuse me I was here first. He then tells me I have to get in line. I told him I thought I was in line. There’s nothing that says where the line starts and even still I was here before these people. He refused to check me out and told me he didn’t know I was in line. How did you not know I was in line when I clearly stood here with my kids, right in your face and EVEN asked you a question! It’s not a big store AT ALL. I threw the hat and left. Then I decided to just get my money back. Kevin continued to be rude and make smart remarks. Terrible employee. Terrible customer service. Won’t be getting my money again!

Went a couple months back and the “manager” left a very bad impression. This was probably my second time to this particular Lids and when I walked in I wasn’t greeted or hardly acknowledged but everyone was stocking hats so I thought nothing of it. However, I’m browsing the selection and I could clearly hear the employees conversations. The manager was being pretty verbally abusive to an older gentleman that worked there and it just rubbed off on me wrong the way he was speaking to his employee. I also overhear the manager giving the same older employee a hard time about not getting enough emails so when I’m finally ready to check out I go to the older gentleman to pay when the manager slides in and said he’d take care of it. Keep in mind I’d hardly been acknowledged until this point. He asked for my email and I was honestly just annoyed with this manager for his rudeness so far and so I just said I’m good thanks to which he didn’t like very much and quickly became blunt with his words. Aside from that, this store is very small and the selection is bare and cluttered. I just visited the Topeka store and will only be visiting that one from here on out.

Update your store hours online. How hard is it to do this and keep it updated. Drove here from 20 minutes away. Then had to wait an hour for the store to open. Pointless.

Didnt have what we were looking for, recommended we go to the Lockerroom store downstairs. So we did and it was closed at 3pm on a Saturday. Very disappointed in my shopping experience here. Didnt feel the customer service at all.
