the volume of the tv at the at your service desk by the 95th street entrance is TOO LOUD!!! it needs to be turned down. it's just loudly blaring the same song repeatedly. it makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. you can't hear yourself or anyone talk while you're up there. turn the tv volume down.

Terrible customer service. I called 3 times today and talked to 2 people and never got any help, one person i talked to gave the a disconnected phone number to call. Macys you need to hire some new employees your customer service is terrible.
