We recently moved all of our policies (personal and business) over to Matt North at Farmers, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He saved us several thousand dollars a year and was able to increase our coverage at the same time. Matt made the process simple and stress-free — he explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and I genuinely felt like he had our best interests in mind when making coverage recommendations. It’s such a relief to work with an agent who is both knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients. Highly recommend!

Matt and the Team have been the best insurance team I have had in over the 40 years. I had State Farm before I went with Farmers and Matts team. I had State Farm that was not good. We are Very happy with Matt and Farmers.

Recently, I have been working with Falon Peek at Matt North's office and she has been wonderful! Her customer service is personal, respectful, knowledgeable, and individualized. I had the good fortune to be taken care of by Falon Peek. She was absolutely fantastic. I had a number of issues I needed to run by her that were pretty complicated. I was blown away by how attentive she was to what I was asking and how she identified the issues and people she needed to speak with in order to get the answers. Before the day was done, she had put it all together and articulated the solutions in a cogent, succinct, and professional manner. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, it was refreshing to find someone who cared about the quality of both the experience and the information she communicated. It was truly appreciated.
