Absolute nightmare to work with. Brought my vehicle in for a panel replacement and ended up with issues with my wiring in the door. Had to bring the car back 3 separate times spanning 40 days before I gave up and made insurance send me elsewhere. The person I worked with insulted my intelligence and treated me poorly. The General Manager said he would call me back and never reached out. I reached out multiple times after the third time I took it in and did not even receive a call back. On the plus side the techs were very nice.

Now I am not one to leave 1 star reviews because I like to think there’s good and bad at all of these places. This is not the case. I pulled into the lot and my first impression was, where the heck do I park? Which are dealership vehicles and ones needing to be repaired? Cars were parked straight, criss cross, diagonal, upside down, flipped over…the whole nine yards baby. I parked in the only open spot I found which was in the used car lot and that was made apparent by the gentleman who for some reason went out to take a second look at my car and came back in complaining I was parked so far away (didn’t realize 2 rows away from the door was such a long walk). The woman behind the desk who also ended up being the estimator looked at me like I was speaking Chinese when I said I had an appointment for an estimate which alone, was rude. Not only did she leave gloppy fingerprints all over my car, she tried quoting me all this ridiculous, unnecessary nonsense like I had a vehicle I knew nothing about. I know I have aftermarket parts. I know the car is 12 years old and considered an “old Honda” to the same gentleman from earlier who came back in making comments about my car like the customer wasn’t sitting right there. There is no need to quote me a whole car repaint when all I am asking is for a side skirt to be flush against my car and for a BB gun pellet repair. She didn’t listen to anything I was saying and was more interested in upselling and ripping me off. You are trying to rip off the wrong person. You can talk to me like I am stupid all you want but there’s no way I am not spending $6k on a body repaint, new side skirts, more repaint, some more repaint, oh and removing every part of the car until it’s down to the chassis and charging $200/hr for “mechanical” labor. Nothing mechanical is needing to be fixed. It’s not just me that they are doing this to, either. I am sure they’re making billions off of the poor old folks that just want a simple car repair and other people that aren’t familiar with cars. I now know better than to take an “old Honda” with crusty disgusting out-of-date aftermarket parts to a Chevy collision center. I gave them a chance and the benefit of the doubt but I feel bad for all of the customers they are ripping off. I am sure you do fine work on other vehicles and have been around for a very long time but my experience fell short of others leaving reviews. Maybe you will have more customers if you gather some knowledge about modified vehicles. I didn’t come in with a total turd that was completely destroyed and missing parts. I brought in a vehicle in nice shape that obviously was disrespected by someone with a BB gun only to be disrespected by the employees working there. I should have just taken it to the place I’ve taken my car to before but I wanted to give another place a chance.

I have a 2019 Corvette that got into a small accident. Everything seemed to be going ok with the repairs until one day I get a call. Long story short, one of their employees who was high on PCP took my car for a joyride and wrapped it around a tree. They are obviously going to replace my car but the employee is still employed there!

Not good. Came back too many times. One of those times a new problem was created after having them fix a front bumper that didn’t line up with rest of the car. The front light blinker stopped working which wasn’t even part of the original area of damage. Everything fixed was not to a level of mediocre standard. Don't recommend

Less than a month after getting my car (my first big girl purchase) it was unfortunately damaged badly from a big construction company, absolutely covered in cement. I had no idea what to do. Mccarthy Overland park damage and collision was there to help me every step of the way. They made sure my vehicle was returned to me the way it should be! I want to give a special shoutout to Byron for communicating about a calibration issue with my windshield and helping make that process smooth for me. My car looks amazing and I am so pleased with the way I was treated here. They were honest about the repairs needed and treated me with total respect.
Thank you so much- To everyone involved with helping me fix my car! I appreciate you all so much. Everyone I talked with was fantastic and I have so much appreciation.
I would 100% trust taking my car here again. As a 23 year old woman with no experience dealing with something like this, I HIGHLY recommend putting your trust in them.

I was impressed and very happy with the repairs to my car. The work was excellent! I realize timing always depends on parts availability, but my car was done in exactly the time Byron said it would take. I appreciated the texts to let me know the progress, too. My car is beautiful, inside and out. When I picked it up, the interior was spotless! They took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend the McCarthy Collision Center!

Good experience with my body work! Had my car looking like brand new after the repairs and good at keep me updating on the status of my vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with Mike P at McCarthy Chevrolet. After clearly explaining what needed to be done and why, Mike and the other guys in the body shop made the car look like new again in exactly the timeframe discussed. Didn’t break the bank, either. If I need any more bodywork, I will definitely come back here

I received had my 2022 Honda HR-V repaired at the collision center. I would periodically get text messages telling me what stage my car was in. It was being disassembled, getting painted, getting put back together. I absolutely loved this!! I had another car that was at a different collision center last year that had gotten stolen. So I definitely appreciated all the text messages. They did an amazing job on the car. And with customer service in general. Everyone I encountered with was nice and professional. I highly recommend this place for body work. Thanks y’all!

In January 2024, I took my car to McCarthy/Morse Chevrolet to have it repaired after an accident. Byron was accommodating and took down all of my information. When I picked up the car the paint and damage looked brand new. Honestly it looks better than before the accident. Thank you again to Byron and his team!
