The customer service at McCarthy Morse Chevrolet of Overland Park was outstanding from start to finish. Vick in the service department went above and beyond with his excellent communication—he kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening with my car.
On the sales and finance side, Kameron, Kade, and Alan were all fantastic to work with. They made the process of trading in my vehicle smooth, stress-free, and fair. It truly felt like they cared about finding the best option for me.

My appointment was for 1pm, I checked in a little early.. They took my Equinox right in to do an oil/ filter change and rotate all 4 tires and a new air filter. My repairs were done and I was heading home at 1:46. I had an appointment to be somewhere at 2:30 things worked out great.

Eric Fish is an excellent salesperson. He tends to detail to make the new car buying experience as easy as possible. When you drive away with your new car you know all is well. If you have questions, Eric finds the answers. I would not buy a new car from anyone else but Eric and McCarthy Chevrolet. What a great team.
