Employees Max & Jeff were fantastic to deal with but having to move units in same facility for a better deal was a bit ridiculous.

Jeff and Max at the 154th and Metcalf location incredible to work with, they consistently go above and beyond with customer service and simply being good people .
I have a small moving service, I am frequently in and out of several different storage locations on behalf of customers. The Storage Mart locations are consistently the cleanest, easiest to work with and safest.
Among the high caliber Managers I expect to find at the Storage Mart, Max and Jeff have distinguished themselves. I would highly recommend this location and this company.

I have to say that the team at Storage Mart (Jeff and Max) are wonderful! You wouldn’t think you could rave about renting a storage unit, but these guys were so amazingly helpful and patient and ended up getting us the exact spaces we needed to help us stage for our move.
We got a little complicated as we were trying to find the space that would work best, and they just rolled with it and got us what we needed. It could NOT have gone smoother or with any higher level of customer service!
This may actually be the smoothest part of the whole process of selling and moving!
Kudos to Jeff and Max for making the storage units the least of our worries!
As to the facilities, we couldn’t be happier. The large outdoor unit for the majority of our stuff is uniquely big enough, and perfect. The indoor climate controlled unit we got is easily accessible, clean, and modern. All within 10 minutes of our old house, so we can make lots of little trips as the packing is done.

Jeff the manager and Max are absolutely wonderful! Not only is this storage mart CLEAN but they are the NICEST people! Any time I had troubles they were there no matter how difficult! Thank you guys so much!

The Team and Property managers here are very professional and knowledgeable, they were able to answer all of my questions and made finding the right locker for my stuff a very pleasurable experience, I would definitely recommend StorageMart for anyone who is looking for a storage unit for their personal belongings!

Jeff helped me find the best unit for my needs. Super helpful, explained costs thoroughly and got me setup while juggling other customers simultaneously. Both guys working there are amazing. 10/10 would recommend if you need storage space 👍

I couldn’t have picked a better spot to store my things in! It’s in a great location, it has multiple size options, it is very clean, very well lit & easily accessible. There’s even a garage option that I can pull my vehicle in to when it’s cold & carts to help haul my things to my specific floor.
The employees were amazing! Took the time to show me exactly what to do (entering my pin, unlocking the storage unit, locking the storage unit, where to park etc); not just tell me! He actually accompanied me on my first visit. And didn’t make me feel dumb when I couldn’t figure it out the first couple times lol
This is a great Storage Mart & it you are in my area; this is the one to use!!

I have 2 units at the Storage Maet on Metcalf. I have been assisted by both the property manager and assistant manager and they went above and beyond to help me navigate the process. I would highly recommend this facility for a safe, clean and secure storage unit.

I was at storage in Overland Park, KS on 153rd St this morning Max who I talk on the phone several times showed me the Unit I was interested and explain all details, he was very helpful not only at that time but also later by phone again to clear my questions. Great Staff with great knowledge of Customer services. A 10 over 10 for Max, thanks!
