Full disclosure I'm not a frequent shopper at craft stores and I tend to visit when I have something very specific in mind that I need to pick up. On this occasion, I was on the hunt for some fake foliage for centerpieces at an upcoming party. When I walked in, it was as if nothing had changed in the five years or so since I'd last visited. It had that same craft store smell, the same layout, and much to my delight the same outrageous sales happening all over the store. I was able to snag a ton of fall themed foliage at quite the steal of a price, which was a welcome surprise. I never like how they try to sell you on a credit card a checkout but that's somewhat par for the course at big box stores these days. At any rate, I was in and out pretty fast and would return next time I need something like this in the future.

Came in here after checking online stock. When I arrived it was hard to find any sales associates to help. Once I found one, I asked where I could find the product I was looking for and she was a tad rude and dismissive. Turns out they did not have the products but she didn't even offer to find a substitution or order them online. I'm disappointed at the customer service and will just order the items online.

No one was there to wait on us. There appears to be a nice selection of frames, but we waited for ten minutes, looked around the store and then returned and waited. Other clerks in the store didn't seem to know why no one was able to help us.
