Mid American Credit Union is an amazing place to bank, with customers very satisfied with their service over many years, some since the 1970s. They are known for being amazing to work with, treating people kindly, and always answering questions. The whole Overland Park branch is amazing. Processes for loans and purchasing cars are easy, and transfers between accounts and other banks are easy. Payments and paychecks post very quickly. The credit union has expanded its hours, though some online information requires correction. The only noted issue is that they do not handle transactions outside of the United States.
I just love this bank , because the customer service team is always polite and friendly. Keep up the good work.

I have been doing business w MACU for over 15 years and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone. EMILY at the Overland Park location goes above and beyond and her commitment to customer service is unparalleled.

Hours are not correct on Google which has really screwed me today... Please correct! I'm glad hours have expanded though.
