I have been to this minute clinic location 3 times. I have interacted with 3 different NPs. I can’t thank them enough. They listen, look at you in the eye and are always trying to help. Keep up the great job!!! Absolutely recommend!

Made appt online. Went smoothly. Checked in at kiosk (it was a little difficult to find). Professional was friendly and competent. Appt was on time, in & out in 25 minutes.

I made an appointment for my son for 6:45 pm at the MinuteClinic. We got there 15 minutes early and checked in at the kiosk. At 7:30 pm we had not been called back for our appointment or updated on the delay in our appointment. I had to ask a pharmacy technician to knock on the door of the exam room to see what was going on. I was told the physician was finishing up her 6:20 pm appointment (at 7:30 pm). I told her we’d been waiting for an hour and we were heading home. Her response was “ok, I’m sorry”. So, now my son has an ear infection and we will need to wait another 24 hours to get him relief. Super frustrating.

Disappointed with the service from the MinuteClinic staff. Couldn’t schedule a DOT physical via their website so it was necessary for me to go in the store to schedule an appointment, being that I live close to one I had no problem doing so. However, upon arrival, the kiosk kept malfunctioning and it took a lot longer than was necessary just to get scheduled. I have no problem with being patient, but to make things worse, the lady helping around the MinuteClinic area was just as clueless as I was about the kiosk malfunctions. After returning a few hours later, on time, I was once again struggling at the kiosk except this time the lady was nowhere to be seen! Who knows, for all I know she had enough of the kiosk earlier in the day and wasn’t going to be checking back over there again. In conclusion- failing to get checked in on time forced me to have to reschedule. I expected an easier process.

The minute clinic was great. Really good staff. For the quickest appointment, I would suggest making an appointment online. After you make your appointment online (you get to pick a time), when you arrive go in and sign in at the kiosk or they will think you are not there. Easy and fast, and you can call if you have questions

I have been to this clinic at least three times. Each time I followed the directions I was given (signed in and had a small wait), saw the person on staff, and then got great service. I am always grateful that I can be seen quickly when I need to be seen. Worth the money.

Always super convenient and helpful. My family has used this minuteclinic a few times and they are wonderful. So much butter than urgent care and honestly easier than even my primary care dr office. Just go online and schedule a time slot

I'd been sick for 2 1/2 weeks. I wasn't given an antibiotic at my visit because they said I didn't need it. I got really sick after that and had to return to another minute clinic to get what I needed in the first place. I'm not someone who takes antibiotic very often and I understand the mis use but cvs is consistently overly cautious causing a second visit. This same thing happened to me about a 2 years ago when I was sick. I will never go back.

I took my 87 year old father there for a rash on his groin and leg. They never even looked at the rash (I found out later) but instead suggested an over-the-counter cream. Unfortunately, it did not help the rash at all and it continues to spread. Very disappointed - $129.00 for someone not even looking at the symptoms? Seems odd.

We waited for 40 minutes only to have the nurse tell us we would need to wait another hour so that she could take her lunch break despite the fact that our name was before the lunch break on the sign in computer and it was not time for their lunch break (there was a sign on the wall describing lunch break hours). Seems to be a common occurrence at these "minute clinics".
