3rd time I've used moving proz. They give a discount for return customers but if come back anyway because the communication, professional, and efficiency is unmatched. The crew today was polite and did an amazing job working quickly while still taking making sure all of our belongings were well packed. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Adam, Armand, and Jesse were AMAZING. Professional the whole time, communicative, and they took such good care of our stuff I wondered why we even bothered to wrap some of the pieces that we did. They wrapped each piece with care and made sure to ask us where everything went upon arrival. Our move took longer than anticipated and they worked hard the whole time with zero complaints. Very friendly, careful, and professional. Would DEFINITELY recommend working with these three!!

Not a no star option but if you want your stuff damaged call these idiots. As you can see in the photos, this is what your house and stuff will look like. Plenty more photos to come as we are finding more and more unpacking. We were told to pay our bill then file a claim. Not happening, we had nice stuff but not no more. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. Added more photos, also a Bose sound bar, Oakley sunglasses, and ring doorbell are missing. Just a little update, they want you to pay your bill before you can file a claim even though thousands of dollars of your stuff is ether missing or destroyed. Their manager said he would call 3 days ago to make everything right, haven’t heard a word. Update, see last photo which I received today. $200 for roughly 10k worth of stuff missing or damaged. This is the email I got today. Lawsuit here we come!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Please save yourself the headache and do not use this company. This was a terrible experience the late start time and extremely poor customer service. Once they arrived, they rushed through the job and then banged up our new house.

Jeremiah, Rachel, and Jeff took great care of my things. These guys moved me quickly from my apartment to my storage unit. I appreciate their hard work. I would definitely use them again.
