Left me standing there for 10 minutes in the middle of printing something for me I even use the restroom and the guy at the register. Can’t go look at the copy machine poor customer service.

I was shopping for work and needed a digital and printed copy of the receipt. I did not want to sign up for the rewards program. The representative that checked Me out TJ told Me it would take too long to enter My email and selected the printed copy only option regardless of My reservations.
I reiterated I needed a digital and printed copy of the receipt. TJ stated the only way He could do that is if We started the transaction over. I told Him please start the transaction over. He proceed to ignore My request and ask for payment. When I asked would I receive the digital copy as requested.
He regurgitated the same line of " I would have to re-start the entire transaction..." Frustrated, I just paid and left. Terrible Customer Service Experience. I only had 5 items and they were the exact same thing... How complicated could it have been to honor My simple request? A request that is an readily available option and nothing special?

My Fiancé and I recently visited this location to have signs, table numbers, and various other things printed for our wedding. Raymond made the whole process super easy and stress- free! He helped with sizing each file and provided suggestions on paper type and color. Raymond was kind, patient, and knowledgeable! Will definitely use their printing services again.

Office Depot at 105th and Metcalf needs to train their staff for much better customer service. A shopper on 5/13 was treated rudely and practically ignored. They weren't busy at all so there was no excuse for this bad treatment and the item wasn't there anyway. The customer was left alone to try finding the item.
Staples has much better service and friendly people.

Very friendly staff, my wife and I both purchased desks and were given great deals on them due to their slightly below perfect conditions. Furthermore, the staff helped us load the desks into our vehicles, which was great as one of them was very, very heavy. If I ever need office supplies again, I'm coming here first even though I work at another retailer where I could buy the same things.

Took my USB drive to Fed Ex to make a color print, and some little guy with purple finger nails told me it would cost $10.84. I took it to Office Depot... Lex helped me, and it cost me 84 cents... It makes SENSE to go to Office Depot...!!!!

I called this store see if they could an online order faster than the turnaround time listed on the website, as we were printing these last minute for an event. The young lady I spoke with at copy and printing was phenomenal, and her first words were "Don't worry, I got you." This is the second time this location has come through for our small business, and I am so thankful for them! A million stars!

Well stocked, a lot of choices! Better yet is that employees know where things are, they lead you to what you want, and genuinely care if you’re satisfied.
