Y’all have got to relax on pushing the credit cards! I’m hesitant to shop here because I know I’ll be asked multiple times to open an Old Navy Card.
I just went in today and after saying no to a card, the cashier said she was required to show me the amount of money I would have saved if I opened a card - sales tactics like that leave a terrible taste in my mouth.

Well, I have to give props for their customer service. A security tag was left on an article of clothing I bought- which meant I had to drive back just to have it removed.I probably wasn’t the most polite when I called to explain the situation. I mean, it’s a pain to have to return to have the tag taken off. Anyway- the manager was waiting when I got there and it was sorted out within minutes.Mistakes are made- but how they are resolved can be the difference between continuing to shop at a business or going somewhere else. So, I appreciate the quick resolution.
