Waited 3 hours for them to say I was up next, while they were on their phones the whole time. Checked multiple times & I kept getting told I was up next. This came from the “manager” herself. Very unprofessional.

Customer service was absolutely rude. The older lady with glasses honey blond hair told me my items were too wrinkled for them to take it. They low value really good items even for items that are brand stinking new, but on the other hand, Brooklyn was absolutely the best

I’m disappointed each time I come to this place. Today will be the last time I come. I’ve attempted to sell items and they offer little to nothing for them. Staff is rude. I recently dealt with a lady named Kelly, who had no customer service skills, very rude, and dismissive. They will pass on items saying it’s a “stain” when I’m not able to see a “stain”. And looking at the items they have in store, the quality it’s terrible. The toys are faded, outdated, and dusty. You can tell they have been there for a while. Better off buying full price for your baby items. Not sure why they have attitudes first thing in the morning as if we, the customers, are making them mad. Waste of time and energy coming to this place.

This place is terrible. Customer service is non existent and they clearly lie. I took some stuff that was brand new to sell when I picked up they claimed the clothes were to worn or had stains I found it comical especially since I know that my kids never got to wear most of it. Passed up on perfectly good white tees. I would never take stained clothes to be sold. So I would suggest to do a garage sell or swap and shop if you really need the cash.

Great resale shop for kids clothes. Like the ability to sell back clothes and put the money towards new clothes. They don't always buy things back even when in good condition so it's really hit or miss on the buy back procesa

Deals are pretty good. Customer service is nonexistent. While checking out the cashier talked to her coworkers the entire time about nonwork related topics. The only reason I'd come is for the deals on clothes.

Waste of time. I had dropped clothes off here before and then shopped for other clothes. It always went well. The last 2 times I have dropped off clothes they took almost nothing. The lady said that they check "every tag" to see if they are older than 5 years and maybe a lot of them were older. I pointed to the nearly new Adidas pants on the top and she said - oh, I don't know why they didn't take those.... . Don't waste your time. I have been taking my clothes to the OUAC in St Louis for years with no issues. I will not be returning to this location.

horrible and rude staff, first time there and i get attitude about what i’m doing there when i was in 1 hour before dropping off. they don’t take the time to actually ask you anything and just assume. horrible staff!!!

You don’t go here for cheap clothes. Garage sales and thrift stores are your best bet for that. Go here for nice, gently-used clothes at discounted rate, compared to original prices.Pros: Very well organized and a bit overwhelming, in a good way.Cons: a bit overpriced. Cheaper than retail of course, but a lot more than an average thrift store.Neutral: I didn’t attempt to sell anything, but like others have said, they seem pretty picky about what they take, based on the season and supply/demand. That’s how most consignment places are though. They can’t take everything. And they have rules about it, so just do your research beforehand so you don’t waste your time.

Terrible customer service very rude. FYI they arnt accepting 9 months and under clothing but the sign on the counter doesn't say that.
