They can’t seem to hold on to a supervisor or manager or an employee for that matter. Been going in there for 2 years and most of the people that work there are generally pretty knowledgeable. Asked for a specific washer fluid today and the kid told be he doesn’t have it and told me to go get it from advanced auto parts.
Send off your customers to your competitors. Good business practice

I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to buy a screwdriver to use for changing my expired license plate. I am elderly and needed help with it. Dylen, at the front counter, kindly replaced my expired license plate with the new one for me. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

To get a battery installed, DO NOT GO TO O'REILLY!! IT'S AGAINST THEIR POLICY TO INSTALL BATTERIES, save your gas, go to ADVANCED AUTO, bc they install batteries. What's the point of getting a new battery if you can't install ?

Offer battery installation but have no idea how to install a batter??. Why hire people who clearly have no mechanical background or knowledge. Was told I needed to take the battery to a professional. I have a 2018 chevy not some high tech rare car. Again Don't Offer a service you can't even provide!!

My 16 year old Honda got a brand new battery today!! Blake helped me install it and did an awesome job. The customer service was great, the job was done quickly, and he even was nice about my awkward conversation and stupid jokes. Thanks Blake! ??
