The service is so bad they are really bad at communicating. The workers there are so rude and disrespectful, and the workers don't help you with directions for lines. They have so many lines and not one sign that explains what lines are for paying and pre orders. They have a messy selection of different themes from party supply's. Two of the same balloons costed different prices, balloons on the ground, in a random place, and so messy. Only 4 people working the cashiers, and they just need more people on shift, also they don't restock their balloons so much stuff missing/ out of stock. They have so many pre-inflated balloons that aren't for sale. It's so crowded and expensive I am definitely never coming back.

On my visit, Lilly & Justine took great care of me. They were both very warm & friendly upon me entering the location. They were helpful in directing me to the large number balloons that I required. Yes they were expensive at $30+ for 2 balloons but c’est la vie, everything is expensive these days.

My Grandma gave me advice I try to live by: "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything." However, Party City is always soliciting a review. I've been to this store 2-3 times a year over the past four years and can best describe the pickup process as chaos. Even worse is the customer service when you need to add to your order and have a balloon or two inflated while you wait. In my experience, this leads to a 2+ hour wait due to a BIG Order the three to four people cannot manage and a return trip to pick up the Adhoc balloons. I'd shop somewhere else if I had an option.

I own a kids spa for girls ages 3-13 and I spend about 5000$ a year at Party City and my complaint with Party City is the helium. The balloons don’t stay inflated 24 hours. I paid extra for the long lasting helium and STILL they don’t last. Party City has the best selections for balloons but they are not worth a darn if they don’t float. Really disappointed. I have dumbed down the balloons in my spa and had to result in Dollar tree balloons instead . The balloons at least stay inflated for 3 weeks. Party City…… DO BETTER ‼️

Awful. I had TWO balloons that I wanted filled up and they said it was a 2 hour wait. Ridiculous.

I went to Party City the week before a large event. I needed them to blow up 80 balloons in a matter of days! Linda and her team went above and beyond to get the balloons delivered in a time that was convenient for all!

Very unprofessional staff. I went to pick up balloons for a customer and was waiting for 20 minutes or so. When I asked why I wasn't attended to, I was told that I should have known where the pick up area was (even though there is absolutely no sign that says *pick up"). The employee went on to tell me " I guess you haven't been here before". Yes, I had never been in that store before. How would I know where the pick area was if there are no signs???

Horrible store to shop. Bought halloween costume for my son. It didn’t fit. Following day took it back they say we can only exchange for similar costume. Told them it was the last one when we bought. They said pick something else. Picked something else they say we can’t take a return since it is opened. How do you try the costume without opening it. Will never shop there??

Very rude people working here. They just assume everyone should have known their store as well as they do. If you are a first time customer and don’t know their hidden “rules”, they can be very rude. Obviously, they are understaffed and hate new customers.

Very unprofessional staff. Went to pick up balloons for a customer and was kept waiting for 20 or so minutes. When I finally asked what was happening, I was told that I should have gone to the pick up area. There is no sign that says "Pick up". How was I supposed to know where the "pick up" area was? The employee sarcastically said " I guess you have never been in this store before". Correct ! That was my first time in that store

I ordered a costume for pick up and was told it was out of stock however I didn't need to do anything and the money would be refunded to my payment method since it wouldn't be "picked up". Luckily I checked and had used PayPal and saw it was never refunded ...I even waited over 2 weeks . Clearly the associate isn't familiar with how refunds and out of stock works .

The manager (I believe her name was Laurie) was incredibly rude and degrading to her sweet young employee. The employee was busting her butt checking out a long line of customers while trying to fill up balloons in between. The manager walked up, saw how busy she was, took the cash from one of the drawers, and went back and hid in the back, ignoring the customers. When another employee called the manager asking for help, she voiced her anger that she needed to come assist. She came to the front and spoke to the young employee in such an awful way, going on and on about how every step she made was wrong. The employee, who was polite and helpful the entire time I was there, kept quiet and kept working hard. It was disheartening to see her bullied by authority for no apparent reason, as she was the best quality customer service I received while I was there. I hope this does not continue for her.
