Fantastic store! Love the built-in adoption center—we adopted two guinea pigs, and it was seamless. They provided helpful info, a vetted list of exotic-animal clinics, and even a 20% off coupon. Couldn’t ask for better!

Been to this location multiple times because it’s conveniently close. Each time I’ve bought things there, the cashiers borderline hassle/pressure you to sign up for the memberships there. I understand it’s free, I understand you need to be a member to receive the discounted prices. However if I say “no I do not have an account” and “no I do not want to sign up”, that does not mean to continue asking me multiple times to try and convince me to change my mind. The cashier in specific today just stood there and stared at me after I told her no politely NUMEROUS times. Stop having your cashiers pressure people into signing up, simply ask and move on. Next time I may not be polite when I have to say no more than once.

Poor guy was alone at counter and called for help, it took 20 minutes for someone else to come help him, poor dude, and us customers where waiting forever.

I asked the cashier if she could have someone help me get fish. I waited by the fish wall. I heard the cashier page for someone to help me 3 different times within the span of 10 minutes. Then I hear an associate helping someone else on the opposite side of the fish wall with something else. Next time I will call ahead to make sure the establishment is appropriately staffed before wasting a trip out there.

A inviting place for pets, supplies, and more! They carry items that your standard per store may not. Prices are fair and stock seems up kept!

Patch helped me and was beyond incredible with suggestions for my kitten and helping me find the items I needed! Not only did they assist me, but they were extremely friendly and welcoming. 10/10 experience, this is my go to location.

The bettas here are so neglected. Living with too much food and algae in their containers. Half of them are dead most of the time and the ones i have purchased died in less than a day. It breaks my heart to see the conditions of the fish and frankly, their fish department should be shut down due to the abuse/neglect. 0/10 if possible.

I love this location, I was past my return date but with the snowstorm and not being able to get out they were very helpful with my return and understanding of my dissatisfaction with the items I had purchased! I always go out of my way too go to this store!

Would never go here again went to go see about buying a pet with they kiddos. My children wanted to pet one before we bought one the store employee told us we couldn't but that was strange cause another person and there children was in there and they let them . My kids was upset so we left.

While I was browsing the store and came to the insect section I was appalled by the amount of neglect the insects were put through. There were many boxes of crickets all filled with dead dismembered crickets. There were also many dubia roaches sitting in their poop and dead peers. All of the food was completely dried up and there was no water or water gel. Although they may be feeder insects, they should not be put through this amount of neglect. There needs to be some urgent changes to the well being of the animals, at least the basic food, water, and shelter.
