Wouldn’t let me buy prescription food for my cat with a picture of his prescription because I didn’t have the rx card with me. Why can’t they just tie it to my account that my cat eats this? I spend thousands of dollars on this food. Will be going with Amazon moving forward. This is why retail stores are going extinct.

Second time at the petsmart groomers today. The first time was a bit of a shit show trying to get all my dogs paper work done. But the groom was not bad and the cost was not too high. Today going in for a a bath & brush out. Like the first time no one acknowledge my presence. No one asked how they could help me. No smile, no nothing. 4 people in there. 1 was working on a dog, 1 was telling a story to the one work on the dog, that could not be interrupted. 2 at the front desk with their heads down. Finally one says do you have an appointment and then took the dog. I had to ask if that was it ( if they were done with me)
They need to be taught Customer Service. You need to acknowledge a customer as they walk in, a smile, hello, how can we help you or who do we have here today. Engage a bit. I’m in there spending a lot of money. BE NICE! Ack like you want my business, cause I can and will take it some where that does!

After searching everywhere, I finally found what i needed. They had the cutest, friendliest kitten for adoption too. Wish i could have taken her home, I already have a heard at home LOL

Place was ok me and my family went to go find a pet but they wouldn't even let us pet any of them my kids was very disappointed.

This store is closest to my home. They are typically understaffed, at least in aquarium area. The live fish inventory is low and slow to be replaced. But when I do find assistance, they are friendly and courteous. Just in short supply.
Comparing this store to the Olathe store is quite a contrast. The Olathe Petsmart has twice the live aquarium fish inventory and help is readily available! This store had more employees over all. The store was like a refreshed version of my Petsmart!
It would be nice if corporate would spend some time and do a remodel! Definitely room for improvement!
This Petsmart does have dog and cat supplies. Just don’t expect anyone to help you!

Great groomers. So very nice. Pet Hotel ignored me for 5 minutes. I did not exist. Lost business there.

I came here at 8:50 today and asked for 3 of the same fish and was told to come back tomorrow by the lady in the fish section despite no other customer being there. I guess tomorrow I'll go to a different petsmart instead

We brought in our elderly Sheltie mix for a bath only service. The groomer A..... chopped her long beautiful hair into an ugly mess, and she didn't even get a bath.
Our girl was happy to see us, she wasn't treated poorly, but the lack of grooming skill was devastating. 😭

Update 08/28/24:: We were contacted by store management directly and are very happy with the resolution they provided.
Again we want to stress, our girl was in good spirits, just not pretty 🥴
