My visit was pretty disappointing, I went to the store as I promised my daughter we would buy fish for her new aquarium. There was roughly around 10 customers, so not too crowded, I thought we would be in and out. It took forever to find a staff member to help us, the person that helped us was just walking around the store aimlessly, and was not helping any of the customers who were browsing. There was one staff member at the register, who had a line of about 5 people. When we finally got help we were advised they were not selling fish that day, because they were understaffed. Turns out there were only 2 staff members covering the entire store. I completely understand staffing issues and I could understand this logic if the store was swamped, but the team should have been able to assist the customers needing help instead of turning them away.

Poor communication in the grooming department. I had tried to take my dog twice but since he has anxiety and didn't cooperate they could not take him the first time. I understood and I agreed to bring him another date however nobody mentioned that the appointment was supposed to booked with the manager and I was told they could not groom him again. When I tried to explain that nobody told me I needed to schedule with the manager another employee who wasn't involved or knew the story yelled out that it was because I booked online, I think he should have focused on grooming the dog that he was working with since he was struggling.

Got my hammie here. Compared to small pet stores and other "big chain" pet stores they are my go to. They treat their animals with the utmost care. PetSmart gives their awaiting pets the proper enrichment they need. They have a great selection of toys, treats, food and more for every pet. And the staff that work there knows a ton about at least one pet. If a staff member doesn't know about a certain pet, they'll call over someone who is knowledgeable.

These folks gave my dog the worst haircut I ever seen in my life .. he went from fluffy and cute to one of the worlds ugliest dogs in the matter of 3 hours , they decided to give him a skin fade on his body but didn’t cut anything off his face leaving him looking like a naked mole rat. Never again will I ever allow them to cut our dogs hair and neither should you unless you want a terrible result. Our dog has had his hair cut a few times at a different location with no issues but for some odd reason this location claimed all 5lbs of our dog was the toughest dog she ever had to groom which is the reason his face hair was not trimmed.

We recently adopted a puppy and one day while working I realized he was going to chew through everything in the house if I didn't run out and get him some chew toys. It's been a hot minute since I've had a dog so there is a bit of a learning curve here for me. This PetSmart is the closest pet store to me so I made a quick run out over lunch to snag a few chew toys. When you walk in, it's a pretty standard PetSmart location. It does, however, feel a bit dated, and after walking by some fish that looked a bit worse for wear I made my way to the dog section. The dog section is massive. The chew toy section is also massive. I was truthfully a bit overwhelmed and after hemming and hawing over what to choose eventually picked something that looked good. I then made my way to the cashier and waited, and waited in line for what seemed like forever. I really wish this store had a self checkout or employed more than one person to work the register as I was hoping to make this a quick trip. When I got home my puppy had basically no interest in the chew toy which was a bummer for me, after all the effort of going here and returning with such little luck. Several weeks have since passed and he does chew it sometimes, but I've since found that with dog chew toys it's unfortunately just must faster, and the margin for error is much smaller if you purchase from an online retailer where you can read reviews. If this location was a bit brighter, cleaner, and faster at checkout I think I'd return, but with the ease of online shopping, the prices, and the reviews I don't see much of a reason for it.

I left DJ because I needed my King to be solo from start to finish and I will pick him up immediately. He hated being there for hrs! It drains him. He be Out of commission for the day. The ONLY reason I go to Petsmart is because of DJ. Had I known my appts with her could be modified due to my Kings needs, I would NOT have gone to Treats Unleashed. They were merely convenient, if I’m being honest. The quality of a cut with DJ is truly unmatched. And she is amazing with Kash. (I’m sure you thought your dog was the only one lol) My King Kash and I thank you DJ!!! Be blessed.

Brought my dog in for grooming. We had his paws clipped. Once we had a chance to look at his paws some looked cut while other looked untouched. I use to like this location because they use have GREAT Techs that knew how to handle my dog and they provided great service. But those Techs are no longer at this location.
