Best mechanic I have ever used. I highly recommend using them. I took both my cars to get serviced and they gave me fair and reasonable quotes. They even reduced the price of one because it took less labor hours, I have never heard of a mechanic doing that. The second car had an issue, and they took the extra step of figuring out that this issue was under warranty and I could get it done for free at the dealership, instead of from them. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars and always feels like the mechanic is trying to scam me, I truly felt they had my best intentions and were just trying to do honest work and help people with their cars.

I had a fantastic experience using this shop. I highly recommend calling this shop the next time you need service on your vehicle.
Joe is honest, straight to the point, and works hard to find the best deal for parts/labor.
I had brought my Tundra in the shop for a sound in the suspension that a different shop could not find. Quest Auto found the issue, and Joe came up with a plan for repairs very quickly.
I really appreciate you guys. I feel that great customer service is rare anymore.

My whole family has gone to Quest for years and its always the same great service. Once you take your car there you will never go anywhere else. You'll see!

Friendly, efficient, transparent, knowledgeable. Have been using them for awhile as a family recommendation.
Only constructive criticism is they’re a little flaky/forgetful when following up on voicemails/scheduling.

10/24: Our family now trusts our three personal vehicles and one work truck to Joe and Zach. We highly recommend them for trusted service and value!
Old: This shop offers excellent service. I think all mechanics base their charges off of the same magical book of costs, but Quest saved me a few bucks by reusing some of my old parts.
The toughest part for their customers? They're booked! Sometimes two week wait to even LOOK at my truck! They have a great online following and therefore need a bigger shop!!

I scheduled my car for brake service a couple of weeks prior to be drop off by 1030am. I was an hour and a Half late, I could see they are very busy with 30 - 40 clip boards of auto work orders, they were really nice to take my car in. They ended up replacing my front brake pads and rotors on my car as I expected it needs. Their work was great. My car brakes smoothly after the repair. I’m sure I saved at least a few hundred dollars if not more by not taking it to the dealer. Thanks.

Joe and team are all down-to-earth honest guys. They will explain what you need and not over-sell anything. Their rates are competitive with other shops, but I will always go to them because I know I'll be treated with respect.

I used Quest Auto Service just before purchasing a used truck from Bob Allen ford. The truck looked very clean from the outside and the inside but I wanted to get a third party inspection before making the purchase. I called and they were able to fit me in very quickly and after about an hour they called me back to tell me the bad news. They brought me under the truck to show just how bad a shape it was. There was rust and mud everywhere, so it was obvious that this was driven very aggressively. Quest Auto Service save me from making a $40,000 purchase and now I'm back on the hunt for a better truck. I highly recommend using Quest Auto Service for a third-party inspection before buying any vehicle
