Great service department, nice waiting area, and easy to schedule. They always have a shuttle if your service is going to take longer than you have time to wait. Recommend asking for Josh Englebrake for your service appointment

I have an electric Ford which means it can only be serviced by dealerships and not every dealership is capable of properly servicing it. The car had a malfunction and wasn't drivable. I called the Ford dealership closest to me and they said they couldn't get it in for at least a week. I called Bob Allen and they said since it wasn't drivable they would look at it either that day or worst case the next. They indeed looked at it that day, identified the problem, and had it resolved in a day. There was a recall on the car that they had to outsource some of the repairs to a glass shop and the glass shop wasn't available to do it for a while. They are keeping in touch with the glass shop for me and are going to call me as soon as the shop is available. Dealerships can always be hit and miss and all my interactions with Bob Allen have been great.Services: Electrical

I have always had good luck here. As the other oil change chains get more expensive, this becomes very competitive. The service reps have all been very friendly and helpful

End Result Suggestion: If you have a performance car from Ford, I'd suggest bringing it here. They have experience on the cars and have the right people to look at them for you.Why I came here: Having help locate a problem on my GT350 was such a nightmare with a different Ford service location. I gave up and sought out a new Ford (Bob Allen) to help me, I expressed my frustration and my annoyance with the problem but was prepared for the full run around again.This service location/team did what I would've expected from my original Ford but some people just value the quality of the service they provide more. They were helpful, understood I was mad about my experience with Ford so far but knew I still needed someone to help me out.My GT350 was making a horrid sound, maybe not notable to non performance car people but for me it was a big deal. An engineer and myself test drove, thoroughly listened to make sure we were hearing the same sound. They confirmed it was an unusual sound that shouldn't be happening (the other Ford told me it was normal). After months of running circles with my previous Ford, the team at Bob Allen had me my car back within a day sounding perfect. The end result on what the issue was...a loose bolt near my transmission making a whole ton of racket at high RPMs.For such a stupid simple thing, I really appreciate how quick and fully understanding these guys were. They let me test the car before I left to make sure I was 100% sure the sound was gone and answer any other questions and concerned I had confidently. I will DEFINITELY be back to this Ford for any other further service I need and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Staff was super helpful. Prices are better then oil change shops. Highly recommend.

Their work is good and their prices are good but the last three times I have gone there has been over a two hour wait. If you're going to make people wait for two hours every time they come in either change your name from Quick Lane to something else or allow people to schedule appointments. I have been told when I've called that I'm not allowed to schedule appointments and frankly that is ridiculous given those wait times.

I had a great experience from this dealership. Cassie and Kevin were fantastic from the start. Nobody pressures you into buying, but they will do their best to help you get the vehicle that you want. They gave me a great price on my trade in and I would drive three hours again to do business in the future.
