I go here every morning for coffee. A large is $2.29. This morning I went in it was $3.38. Almost a 50% increase overnight. Looked at the cashier and he said it was due to the new coffee bar thing they put in. I get a small increase but 50%. Also there was a long line for coffee and nobody wanted the new crap we were all waiting for the now 1 regular coffee machine. I've always loved QT as a company but this is not a good look at all. I'll get my coffee and other stuff somewhere else now. Terrible corporate move. To be nice though the staff is great.

QuikTrip has decided to make the stupidest decision and get rid of hot chocolate and French vanilla cappuccino for their stupid cold brew or whatever they're putting on their taps.

QuikTrip 71st and Metcalf Overland Park Kansas
This location good parking and handicap parking. The interior and the restrooms are clean.
The shelves are well stocked and the shelf I checked was clean and stock was date rotated.
Had a hotdog and drink. The bun was very dry.
The gas pumps were busy and all in working order.
The lot and sidewalk are ready for power washing.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Gotta watch your bank account if you use your card.
I went inside to purchase an extra large fountain drink. Used my bank card because I had no cash on me.
They ran the amount twice.
So I was charged twice for one drink. It created two separate transactions.
Not the amount that bothers me, but the fact they ran the amount through my bank twice off of one transaction.

I enter the store; the guy leaves the register about as soon as I come in and then goes and does something for 5 minutes letting me stand there and look stupid and then finally comes and mumbles one thing twice not making clear what he'd said when asked the first time. No apologies offered.
