I was involved in an accident. I chose to have my repairs to be done at Reeds Collision. The moment they recieved my vehicle Hunter reached out to me. He asked me to come and do walk around with him. From the first meeting he was great explaining al the details and letting me know to reach out with any concerns. Gave me an estimated date of completion. Kept me in touch and the work was done exactly on the date. Picked it up the work was excellent and they even detailed the interior. I was exceptionally pleased with everything beginning with Hunter. Thank you so much forthis great experience at a not so great time!!

Every single employee I interacted with was amazing. The technician, manager and receptionist were helpful and went out of their way to do everything they could to make the experience wonderful. I really appreciated the way they helped navigate the insurance company and they also communicated regularly with me on the repair of the vehicle. I can’t recommend them enough.

My car was brought to this place for a paint job. It sat on their lot for a week, and they never touched it. It was dropped off on a Monday and my car was stolen out of their lot on Friday. They said my car was stolen at 6amish and they didn't call to tell me till 4:30pm. My car was being painted at their expense so the whole thing seems like an inside job. When I asked the manager to make it right, after my car was deemed a total loss. He told me, "This is no different than your car being stolen from Walmart or Target, they aren't going to pay you for it." Like WHAT????? I gave this place my KEYS and trusted them with my vehicle and they acted like it wasn't their fault or responsibility AT ALL. I will make sure I tell everyone not to go to this shady place.

Jamie was incredible to work with and made the whole process quick and thorough in assessing the damage to my vehicle as well as contacting the insurance company. I have used Reed on various occasions for service and body work.

My car was rear ended and had some pretty bad damage to the bumper and frame. Just got it back and looks and feels good as new. Super happy with the work they did.

I took my car here for some repairs and my sunroof was messed up & off track when I received it back, & my battery had something loose on it causing my car not to start. I wish I would’ve read the other bad reviews, when I called for them to fix the issue they caused I was told that I would get called to schedule an appointment that I may or may not have to pay for, which they never called. I wouldn’t take your car here unless you want to come out with more issues than it came in with, and pay more money. It’s sad they mess up cars and don’t take accountability or even follow up.
