We made arrangements to purchase a used Wagoneer with a salesman at Reed. We had to drive almost 4 hours to the dealership, so my husband talked to the salesman quite a bit to make sure that the vehicle ran properly and that nothing was wrong with it. After driving up there to purchase and test driving the vehicle, we found that the lane assist was not working. The salesman was not aware of it, took it back to the service department who updated the system. They could not fix the issue. It was closing time and you could tell that the salesman was ready to go. We made an offer on another wagoneer while we were there and never got a proper counter offer back. So after driving 4 hours to pick up a vehicle that was suppose to run "perfect" we were pretty much told we could buy it and hope it works. We were upset. The manager never came out to talk to us or offer us anything to make up for the lost driving time and gas. We didn't see or speak to him one time while we were there. They obviously didn't care about our time. Very disappointing and dissatisfying experience.

- 2 stars if I could. 9/14/23 Went in on a Wednesday afternoon to look at a specific black Ram 2500 and came to a deal with the salesman and they attempted to get me approved for financing in house. They could not so I told them I know for a fact I could get approved through my bank and so he told me to try at my bank, so I did start the process. Thursday comes and I let Reed know my bank is working on it and that I look more than great to be approved. I get approved in the late afternoon. My banker heads to Reed herself to drop off some paper work and comes to find out they have already sold the truck. They couldn’t even give me one day for a $80,000 truck loan. Shows what integrity they have. Their excuse was “we weren’t even sure if you could get the money for the truck”. Is it because maybe it’s the way I look? Glad they know I was the real deal at the end of the day. They tried offering different trucks, different colors I do not want. Now I’m left still looking for a truck.

Worst experience ever trying to buy a new Jeep! After talking to salesman, I drove three hours from Wichita just to find out the Jeep I arranged to see had been sent to have a bedliner sprayed in. Sat down and tried to work the numbers anyway and found $1500 in hidden charges plus a portion of the trade-in amount was included in the discount advertised. Needless to say I got low ball offer for my trade.After working through those issues, we came back the next day, again arranged by the salesman, only to find out someone else was getting ready to drive the vehicle we had agreed to purchase!Finally got to drive it only to found out it had 4200 miles on the odometer (pic clearly shows 14 miles). We questioned the salesman who said, “ oh yeah, it’s been used as a service and loaner vehicle”.So after two trips to Kansas City, and a hit to our credit, we walked away shaking our heads. Buyers beware no integrity at this place!

I had a wonderful experience and love my new Ram truck! I drove 6 hours round trip to purchase my truck and it was totally worth it. Thank you to Armund and Ivan for being so friendly and making the process so quick and easy! I would recommend Reed Jeep of KC to my friends and family and will definitely shop there again.

Joe and Christine were very easy to work with, as was the entire staff during my Jeep purchase. I drove up from Ocean Springs, MS to pick up this awesome Rubicon, and they were VERY responsive to my questions and requests before I got there, and were great to deal with while I was there. I would definitely buy at Reed Jeep again!

Love having my Jeep serviced there. I get an appointment in a timely fashion. Service drive greeter greets me and directs me in to see the next available advisor. They have a great customer waiting area. Very roomy and clean. A dedicated playroom for the kids and a separate quiet room. Very friendly staff.

I was in a tight spot with my fuel pump out and had to get it towed in to them and they tried to take full advantage. After getting the estimate back, I got opinions from a few others and they were shocked at how much I was being overcharged. Thanks to them, I've spent close to $500 just on towing and a diagnosis with nothing to show for it. These guys suck.

Bought my first car alone as a woman. I was nervous but Matt took all the time out to explain everything and made the experience so comfortable! Very pleased with his kindness! Will definitely buy my next Jeep from Matt!

Everyone that works there is great. They get me in quick for my oil changes. They’re so good everyone seems to go there and sometimes the wait is a little long for my oil change but I don’t mind waiting. The waiting area is nice and clean. With plenty of seating. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!

I just bought my second vehicle from Reed Jeep. This time I worked with Korey Small. He was fantastic. He had a great deal of overall knowledge about the cars and was able to help me with all my questions. I felt heard and understood during the while process. Everything from initial conversations to test drives to final signatures was smooth and no pressure. I have been coming here since 2018 and have always had great service. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent customer service experience with Abel, Tyler, and the Reed Jeep Dealership. They were able to work with my budget goals in order to get me into a new Jeep Gladiator. More importantly, they helped me work through a VERY unlikely circumstance that involved me getting rear ended in the small window of time from their appraisal of my trade-in to to my drive home to get the trade-in title. What are the chances?? Highly recommend this team.

Great experience! Ask for Isela! She was great, very patient with me while I made the important decision on a new vehicle purchase. She didn’t treat me like a dollar sign like most sales people do she treated me like family. When I pulled the trigger and purchased she answered all my questions and was quick to close me out and have me driving off in my new vehicle. Fastest purchase experience ever because like most people my life is busy.

Everyone at Reed made a car buying process stressless & easy!I’ll start by saying how well the members at Reed work today, Andrew schedule me an appointment on his day off, followed up with me till the day of my appointment.Rae was the person I met with at my appointment. It was a pleasure to work with him! It felt more than just a sale, he truly went the extra mile to get me into the right truck us. He work amazing with Kent(finance) to get us in the right monthly payment.Spending the time at Reed, it’s obvious it’s more than a dealership, the way they work as a team, the way they make you feel included in all the decisions before proceeded forward. I learned it’s a family own dealership, it sure does have a family welcoming feeling.
