the last time got my nails here.. a person has done it beautiful... i got them done yesterday again.. idk if its the ladies who does poor here...it was so expensive and not at all worth it ..top layer just got peeled of easily and nail shape is horrible as well as its coming off near cuticles

The lady in the 3rd. Doesn’t know what she’s doing really. My nail was crooked and they tried to tell me it was my finger. & DIDNT APOLOGIZE horrible customer service.

Worst nail technicians ever, I came here just one time to take off my nails and the lady who was doing them wasn’t very nice.. on top of that she left glue on my nails which made my nails turn brown. Just went to my girl who does them usually today and she fixed it in one second. Just because I’m not getting an expensive service at your nail shop doesn’t mean you can screw up my nails or do your job poorly. Will never return 👎

This was done by Rose, the owner!! This is HORRIBLE! I'm so disappointed. She couldn't get them to set so she put gel over top too. It chipped and wore down. Less than 2 weeks later I lost a nail, which hasn't happened to me much. I was loyal for 6 months but I'm done after this.
Khan is great but otherwise this place is not good. They WILL talk bad about you when they think you can't understand them (I caught the other man talking bad about my pride nails and he had to apologize lol)

This is the second time I've experienced poor service at this nail salon. During my first visit, I thought it might have been an isolated issue, but it happened again today.
There's no one to greet or welcome customers at the counter. The staff seems too busy to acknowledge you, and I had to approach them to ask questions.
There’s no communication regarding wait times, and they didn’t even make eye contact to let me know how long it would be.
Unfortunately, this lack of courtesy and customer service will prevent me from returning.

DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN HERE! They have several children's chairs, but the woman who worked on my 9yo daughter complained about her nail polish being difficult to remove and threatened to grind it off with her tool. I said absolutely not, and she started using a nail file. This woman was obviously annoyed and being aggressive and my child was uncomfortable so I put a stop to it--this witch huffed at me and said "Just ONE more nail" and I had to raise my voice and say "Ma'am SHE. IS. A. CHILD. If removing nail polish is too much for you then we need to stop and go somewhere else." The woman got up and stomped off and a man took over, but by this time my daughter was already very uncomfortable and felt like she had done something wrong. The men that helped us were nice but really for little girls you would rather have a female--a *nice* one who is kind and gentle. You will not find that here.

Hear this out,
They are so bad people, i visited this place to do my nails for the first time, I have my own reasons so that I can't do nails to my right hand, and the guy who did nails to me literally laughed on my face and sharing it other members in Chinese language and laughing. The entire session I couldn't speak anything, as an international student it's very traumatic situation to face in new place. Trust me they keep laughing on my the entire session. Anyway he did my nails good design but very badly placed and he showed no interest which literally damaged little skin of mine.

Amazing service- brought my daughter and they were amazing with her- so much that I was able to get my nails done too. My nails were a little fragile from another salon damaging them, and the man who worked on my nails, took great care not to injurythem more and was very patient and mindful to repair them. This is an amazing salon. It was clean and pleasant

I went to the location on Blue valley Parkway. It is close to the office that I work at and in a very convenient spot. I needed to get them done before a work event and Rose (one of the owners) was quick to schedule me. She did an amazing job on helping me pick color and was very kind in conversation. If you are a working woman, needing a pick me up after work or a great place to go before your work event around the area, Rose is your Gal! Thank you Rose!

I highly don't recommend this place unless you want to get riped off. $30 for a 6 year old pedicure, $47 for a 10 year olds dipped nails that we were convinced she needed and laughed at me when I said ok...talking in a language I didn't understand. They also said if you pay in cash you get $2 off each service and I paid $100 of $112 in cash and got no discount. Unless you don't care to get taken advantage of, don't go!
