About The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center
The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center is a large thrift store that offers a wide variety of merchandise, including furniture, jewelry, clothing, toys, and household items. The store is known for its huge size and separate furniture area, making it easy to browse different sections. Customers appreciate that the proceeds from sales help fund Adult Rehabilitation Centers, providing support for those struggling with drugs and alcohol. While the store has a friendly and pleasant staff, some find the pricing to be inconsistent—ranging from high on some items to very affordable on others. The store's inventory can be cluttered and sometimes full of junk, with some items like board games and puzzles missing pieces or priced high. The neighborhood surrounding the store varies from a fancy finance district to a more run-down strip mall, which can feel a bit sketchy at times. Despite this, shoppers often find interesting items, especially clothing and furniture, at good prices. The store is clean and offers a good selection, though some customers feel the pricing on certain items is too high. Overall, it is considered a worthwhile visit for those seeking deals and unique finds, with friendly staff making the shopping experience pleasant.
Prices are gross. They mark every single plate in a set as $4 when the whole set should be $4. Even broken items are expensive. An old very scratched Pyrex bowl is there for $21. Not everyone resells! These items were donated for free! I am happy to see the clothes are organized by size now.

One of my favorite thrift stores! A lot of variety, spread out and not crowded, great prices and sales!

I did find some deals but their pricing is all over the place. $25 for an old, used Nike polo with a corporate logo on the sleeve is insane. These are donations!! None of their clothing is sized so you have to turn each item to see if it’s your size. The gentleman working the checkout was professional.
