Savers is a global thrift retailer that offers a wide selection of gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Known for its Rethink Reuse model, the store purchases, resells, and recycles items, helping keep over 700 million pounds of used goods out of landfills each year. The business also supports communities by buying donated items from nonprofits, providing vital revenue for community programs. With over 300 locations and 22,000 employees, Savers operates under various brand names in different regions, including Value Village and Unique. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and good customer service, often mentioning employees who are respectful and helpful. However, some find the prices to be too high, especially considering many items are donated. Prices for items like clothes can range from $5 to $10, but some feel that designer labels are priced even higher, which can be disappointing for budget-conscious shoppers. There are concerns about the lack of fitting rooms, as trying on clothes involves public displays in the store or in the bathroom, which some find inconvenient. Despite these issues, shoppers visit Savers for the good selection and the opportunity to find unique or quality items, but many hope for more affordable pricing as the store continues to grow.
Smaller than than the other locations I have been to. The only registers in use were self checkout, which I am not a fan of supporting.

Your employee Korie was amazing this morning. She treated me with absolute respect, got my donations handled and was a joy to be around. Thank you Korie and your team, you all were amazing!

I paid $7 for something that when I got home, I noticed an original price tag of $5. So that's not great. Big selection, often over-priced. Use a coupon (you get one if you donate).
