You get what you pay for. I wanted a tree that didn’t look fake. The one I ordered was the wrong shape. I was given a full refund and a different tree, which I love. The quality of the tree and the floral stems I bought was way higher than anything I’d found elsewhere. Customer service was excellent.

Last-minute decision on putting a tree up. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Megan and Mark were the best. Megan sat there for 30 minutes and made me some extra bows even at closing time thank you so much seasonal concept now I know why I always buy my Christmas decoration here.
