I have moved my mother to senior care homes, five months ago from assisted living. The care she receives now is far superior. they specialize in tailoring their care to the individual needs of the specific senior resident. their expert nursing staff, not only managers her needs on a daily basis, but also when she was in a rehab facility. period. I can’t say enough great things about the fabulous staff at each of the houses. senior care homes is far superior to any other senior care option today.

I have only wonderful things to say about the personal, loving care my Mom —and we as a family — received from SeniorCare. Caregivers, nursing staff, management—all always had Mom’s needs and care foremost in their minds and actions. We experienced real patient-centered care, not the task-centered care we saw from a larger assisted living facility. The small size and consistent staff allowed Mom to see her caregivers as daily friends, not staff. I have much love and respect and gratitude for the whole staff and team that watched over my Mom in her final months.

The most caring and comfortable home environment for my aunt’s last year! She was loved and appreciated as a unique individual. The caregivers have huge hearts and are highly skilled. I loved spending time with the Waveny House family.

I think it's really unprofessional when Kathy called my phone to say that I wasn't hireable and I've never worked for the company at all so she just lied smh

Senior Care Homes has been such a blessing. The care has been excellent, and the staff are amazing. My mother has her own room when she wants privacy and can be social when she wishes. There are many opportunities for group activities or just sitting outside and talking. It is very inclusive so no one feels left out. Meals are prepared fresh and delicious. Having everything she needs in one place, knowing that she is safe with caring people and eating well is all I wanted for her.We needed to move fast when things changed and COVID became a factor. Quick, efficient and they set up her room so she didn't have to!Best decision we could have made for mom.

My father needed full time care after a stroke and I visited most nursing homes in the area and was depressed about our options. Universally the places had a bad smell and the patient-staff ratio was not good. The last place I looked at was a senior care home called Nantuckett. It was a ranch house in a neighborhood, it smelled normal, very friendly staff and the patient-staff ratio was excellent. They were very responsive to any questions or issues and it felt homey as opposed to institutional. My mother went to live there to be with my dad and when he passed she said she wanted to continue to live there. I can’t thank them enough for the excellent care they gave my parents.

The Nantucket home was the most kind, caring and supportive placement for my dad who has Alzheimer’s. The staff are amazing and treated my dad with respect and grace. They are so knowledgeable about this awful disease. Jerry and his staff are an amazing support for my entire family giving us resources to help support my dad. The staff provides wonderful home cooked meals, activities to help stimulate his mind and wonderful care. I always knew my dad was in good care during his time at Senior Care. I would highly recommend this placement for anyone who needs the same type of care.

For several years my father, suffering from Alzheimer's, was able to be cared for in our family home. Sadly, once my mother passed away, he would forget that my mother had died; and he would slip away from nurses to go searching for my Mom. His roaming was a serious problem. It was with great emotional turmoil that I began searching for a safer environment for my Dad. At Senior Care Homes, a handful of residents are able to live in a clean house, warm surroundings, back yard, garden, patio, and tasty food served around one large dining table. My Dad was particularly happy to watch the birds come to the bird feeder. The environment had a family feel. The staff were very kind to him. I think my father was less lonely. He thought the house was actually our family home. When the time came, he died quietly in his sleep there; instead of out roaming. It was a good quality of life for him to have resided at Senior Care Homes.

If you are looking for a home where your loved one can be cared for like family and with much expertise and TLC, look no further than the SeniorCare Homes. Our mother moved to one of their homes at age 99 and was happy and so well cared for until her passing this summer at age 101. The owner, Jerry Pullins, and president, Matthew White, are actively involved each day and oversee a fabulous staff that convey the mission of warmth, excellence, and loving care not only for the residents, but for the extended families and visitors. Residents benefit from the commitment to small, home-like care, well-trained staff, lovely houses and landscaping, home-cooked food, fun activities, and an upbeat atmosphere. Our family is so grateful to all who cared so lovingly for our mother through the end.

My dad was at SeniorCare homes for almost 5 years. They were just wonderful! I knew he was safe and cared for, and he felt he was in his own home. I recommend SeniorCare homes often to people who are dealing with loved ones with dementia. It was the very best thing for my dad and my whole family. My dad with the help of hospice was able to remain in place and die in his own room. What a blessing Seniorcare homes was to me and my family.

Before 2015 I had no idea this type of memory-care-home setting even existed. I was mistaken to think the only option was a large 20+ resident facility. After 5 years (and going) with SCH caring for our mother, there is NOT another place in Kansas City metro area for our Mom. Jerry and his team go well beyond what we need for day-to-day,: they love our Mom as if a member of their own family. SCH truly "cares" about her physical and emotional well-being. Albeit confined to a wheel chair, daily the SCH team takes the time to dress her up for the day, put on make-up, fix her hair and accessorize with her favorite pieces of jewelry. Dignity and beauty define our experience. Add to this SCH delivers an incredible "peace of mind" knowing at any time we can leave town and NEVER have to worry about Mom. Before he passed our Dad always wondered "who will take care of the love of my life after I am gone?". Daily, his question is answered: Our new Family at SeniorCare Homes. THANK YOU to everyone at SCH.

MY MOTHER IN LAW IS APPROACHING A YEAR WITH SR CARE HOMES. FIVE STARS TO THE CARE GIVERS AND NURSING STAFF AT THE HOUSE. WE ARE FAR LESS SATISFIED WITH THE ENTERTAINMENT AND ACTIVITIES THAT WERE ADVERTISED AND PROMOTED VERSUS WHAT ACTUALLY TAKES PLACE AT THE HOUSE. WE HOPE TO SEE MY MOTHER PARTICIPATING IN MORE STIMULATING ACTIVITIES IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE IN THE FUTURE. MY MOTHER WILL HAVE PAID OVER $85,000/YR TO LIVE AND WATCH TELEVISION .
