i got my shade match done here by lili and oh my god it’s literally my skin in a bottle. im newer to makeup and usually have a hard time figuring out not only my shade, but also what kind of finish im looking for and stuff, but she was so patient and helpful! definitely coming back for more of her knowledge lol!

I finally went to Sephora for the first time and it will probably be the last. Nobody helped me the entire time I was shopping. When I went to check out a girl clearly cut in front of me and the cashier did not care. On top of that I asked if I could put my hair oil in the bag I was already carrying and I heard a worker behind the counter say “because petty people don’t want to pay 5 cents for a bag.” I didn’t even know the bags costed money…I just wanted to save some paper. As someone who works in retail I’m usually very understanding but this was just not it.

Whoever does fragrance for this store should get a refresher in customer service! when i asked for a fragrance she not only gave me the wrong one but seemed very annoyed to help. She either cant hear or chooses not to listen to customers with what they ask for. Very disappointed in this Sephora and will not shop there again!

10 employees, 2 cashiers with a line of customers waiting to check out. Seems the other employees would be more useful checking out customers.

Don’t use this location for a special occasion make-up appointment. Made appointment over a month in advance. Credit card hold to reserve. They confirmed 4 days prior but then cancelled same day. Staffing issues. Nobody in store cared at all. Just wanted us to leave the store as soon as possible. 1 star. Will not book again.

Rude and stuck up. Last time I visited this Sephora was a nice experience but not today. Last time I was there they told me I could look at the bottom shelf where they keep extras so I was browsing, didn’t see what I was looking for so I opened the drawer to check if they had any other options, they didn’t by the way and literally like 5 seconds later this employee comes over like a vulture and says “we can’t have you looking through this.” I explained what I was told last time and the girl just walked away but proceeded to follow me and watch me, like I’m going to steal from their store. I get it. People probably do steal but I’m a paying customer. No one greeted me nor helped. They made me feel like I was some low life. I will never go to this Sephora again. They also usually give samples but not this time. When I inquired about my points it was just like they blew me off. Thankfully there are plenty of Sephora’s around here. I get I’m in JoCo but get over yourselves, for real. If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst experience ever in a Sephora and I’ve been to a lot of them and have shopped there since they opened in my area. Guess what else? I’ve always paid for my purchases. It was just a disgusting experience.

Nobody helped me find the item I wanted despite asking. The cashier who checked me out was outright rude. I’ve shopped at this store several times before but this time was pretty terrible.

Went to this Sephora today to purchase some cologne as a gift for my boyfriend, no staff checked on me, granted they were busy, however when I finally asked for help to get the item I wanted the staff member was very rude and acted very cold towards me. Unfortunately this was an item I was not able to just get myself as it was locked away. This staff member also grabbed the wrong size of said item, even when I mentioned which one. I am already a very anxious person when asking for help and ultimately this was a bad experience for me and very unusual from the other experiences I have had at this location.

I had an amazing time shopping here today. I went in to shop for Haus Labs Foundation and concealer. I ended up walking out with so much more. The first girl that helped me, I think her name was Jamie, she color matched my foundation and concealer. Then another girl helped me, I can’t remember her name. Just that she had the most amazing artist makeup I’ve ever seen. Literally the coolest. Bright and glittery. She was very helpful, she pointed me into the right direction on blushes and how to apply them. Literally everyone in the store was so helpful. Penny was just the best. She helped me so much and was completely honest and knew so much about color and what products were high in quality. I can’t stress enough how much she knows makeup. She helped me pick out shade for bronzer stick and lipstick, lip pencil and a moisturizer plus primer. She was like just so honest and she knows so much. I will definitely be coming back here again for more product. I also enjoyed how diverse the staff is at this location. Honestly I’ve been to this location few years ago and it’s like night and day difference. The people here really just love what they do and it’s so appreciated. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Penny you are just so sweet and I really appreciate all of your knowledge of product, color and honesty.
