This used to be my paint store, I stopped in today and the female manager was beyond rude and borderline insulting and all I can say is I personally won’t ever be back to the store. Walked away from me in front of other customers without being clear why she was adamantly being rude. This was after standing in the store for a solid 15 minutes being ignored while all their contractor customers got catered to and seem to be the only thing they care about.

The Team there did a fantastic job of matching our 16 year old paint! We brought a gallon of premium paint and some excellent paint supplies to apply it.

The store personnel are literally pathetic. They don’t know how their system works or basic math. On top of that they expect the customers walking in to know everything and are not helpful at all. If that’s the case automate and make it a kiosk, no need to have actual employees who are of no help at all. Hope you spend some money to train your employees better sherwin williams.

I've always liked Sherwin Williams paint. However, my online order was incorrect. The store promised a free replacement but when I arrived would only provide a 10% discount.

This is a great store. The sales people are very helpful and they help carry out paint to the car! The online order systems are quick and easy. The guys were great! I bought paint during the sale!
